I think that it wouldn't be a bad idea to be able to name in game items, such as weapons and apparel, much like you can in the elder scrolls games when enchanting an item. the only ideas i have for this would be to incorperate the item naming system into the standard workbench function. thats all i got. but i hope its a good jumping point.

For anyone who player Fallout 2, Goris was one of the coolest companions you could get. He was slightly smaller than other deathclaws, and was grey instead of orange. While out of combat, he would wear a brown robe, claiming that he was human, but with a horrible deformity. Like the others in his pack, Goris was part of an FEV efflicted pack of deathclaws, ones that could speak, and read. Goris was very well spoken, and dubbed himself a scholar, and while eager to see the world, he was frightful about what the wastes would hold. Once The Enclave caught wind of the deathclaws living in vault 13, they eradicated them. sparing only Goris. We need to bring Goris back.
