Think I might've found the problem. I downloaded and installed a skyrim.ini mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/2589 The language is set to GERMAN in that mod. Am fixing it now and hoping that it works.

I have SKSE64 installed on my Skyrim SE game. When I run the skse64.exe from MO or even from the main Skyrim SE directory the game runs in German. If I run the SkyrimSE launcher.exe then the game runs just fine in English. I don't have any mods running other than Skyrim Uncapper and the PapyrusUtil and a few .dll plugin loaders What is going on? Do I need to reinstall SKSE64? Am I missing translation files?

I am trying to convert to SSE: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/3708 I'm not intending to upload it to the Nexus w/o the author's permission. The mod uses an skse plugin (rmm_plugin.dll) but the original mod author hasn't been active for a while. I don't know how to fix/update an skse plugin to work with the new skse64. I've already optimized/updated all of the meshes and textures and ran the esp through the new CreationKit64. The only thing I'm missing is to update the skse plugin. Is there anyone that can help me?

I don't use SkyRe. I've tried it but i hate it...needs a patch for every stupid little thing. The idea is based off the notion of not needing a perk.

How is it that reading a book about the weaknesses of trolls or hagravens or any other creature doesn't make killing them any easier? Doesn't that defeat the purpose of reading the book in the 1st place? Certainly a damage bonus of 15-25% vs said creatures isn't unreasonable. I'd love to make such a mod myself but I'd literally need someone to hold my hand through the entire process as I'm clueless how to use the Creation Kit.

I'm looking for someone willing to create an armor and weapon set mod based off of these pics: http://nealbombad.deviantart.com/gallery/29118155 I don't know how to do any of this and since the Creation Kit keeps crashing whenever I try to load it nor do I know how to use Adobe Photoshop...so I pretty much gave up trying to do it myself. I already have permission from the photographer as well as from the creator to use their pics to create the mod, which can be copy/pasted via email if you want to verify it.
