  1. Thanks for the idea Tambo, but after doing this, there is still nothing showing up. Yes, I admin privileges. I have also found something that seems related, but might not be. I hadn't played Skyrim after downloading the CK until today. I started from my last save and everything is in slow motion in the game. Really weird. I have played the game a lot and this is the first time I have had any problems with it. ????? Confused in Skyrim ????? Neo
  2. Tambo, now that is thinking outside the box. Pun intended, LOL. I have the monitor resolution at its highest. Also, the CK program window does not have any sliders showing that would indicate something outside of the viewing area being present. I have uninstalled and completely erased all evidence of the CK twice thinking it might be a corrupted file or something of that nature. That too has not given any resolve to the problem. Thanks for the input. Neo
  3. Thanks for the idea, aarons6. I tried making some changes and then saving, but alas, to no avail. It thinks something is actively open that is not finished, but I don't have anything open other than the three windows, Render, Cell view, and Object Window.
  4. I have downloaded the CK, opened the CK, opened the Skyrim.esm data file (with warnings listed below), and attempted to save a .esp to begin work on a plug in. I get a warning that "You must close all dialog boxes before saving". The problem is, I haven't done anything yet, except to try and save an .esp of the data file. I haven't opened, clicked on, moved, touched, anything in the CK as of yet. Is there a simple fix to this? I have done a wide search on this and have found some who had this problem because of using two monitors. I only have one, and do not have any kind of set up for two. I have the most recent driver for my video card. What must a person do to be able to mod a few things? Neo
