i'm having a lot of toruble andvancing myc harectre. I put most of my SPECIAL in to Intelle and Perception and took most ofit out of Endurance and Charisma any suggestyions on how tobuild a better charectre? i'm sick of being the wimp of the Mojave.

I recently had to restore my entier computer. so to save my mod configueration I installed Fallout III then deleted the folder and replaced it with the one on my old hard drive. now even after all that my launcher worked fine but some time after getting everythign set up the launcher is broken. whenever I try to launch it I get the followign error. This application has failed to start because the application configureation is incorrect. i've tried a few thigns. i've tried installign the latest Microsoft Visual C++. I've tried uninstalling and reinstallign the game.. Neither of those worked. pleas help me.

I was thinking on one of mty favorite mods and saying "it would be so cool if this were canon". Now the modd in question is Mothership Zeta Crew. but this got me thinking. what mods would other users want to see borught into the Fallout canon?

if these mods exist can someone pleas tell me? i'm looking for a mod that removes the level cap entierly rather then just increasing it. i'm also looking for a mod that brings back the Almost Perfect perk. anyone know if such mods exist or would be willing tomake them?

is this WIP still going or is it dead? I've been looking for someone to fill the role of The Smart Guy.

love it. first thing we need to look at is classic horror. Mutating into vampires (see the book I Am Legend for a good scientific model), Werewolves, creating life from various parts through a sort of Alchemy. this would be great.

I owuld PM TalkieToaster about it he has dne work for Fallout III before and produced some very nice mods.

I love this idea it reminds me of Morroblivion which sadlyw as banned from The Nexus. but it was a great mod. msadly it didn't link the games like you wanted it was only a way for the Champion of Cyrodil to get to Morrowind the Nerevrin(sp) couldn't go to Cyrodil.

well removing rocks and trees is the easy part that can be do ne in-game for rocks just disable them in consol. Trees are even betterf just use the Saw to remove them giving you lumber

that actually sounds like a damn good way to handle it. me i'd just go for massive debuffs to all stats durign the day regardless of exposure to sunlight to put it more in line iwth older vampire fiction

I agree entierly. i'd actually like more mods that expand on DLCs myself. more stuff like Mothership Zeta Crew. like somthing to expand on The Pitt makign you eventually become Lord Of The Pitt and help the city rebuild whether under Ashre or Werhner

well depending on how you handle it you could use Fallout 3's Global Travel System mod ifyou make it for Fallout 3 rather then New Vegas

i've been thinking. its a shame that there isn't much to Toshiro Kago. so i'm thinking that ifyour Pipboy can Translate Chinese why can't it translate Japanese? i think it would be a cool idea to form a story and quests and such around Toshiro and make him a companion. upgrade his stuff like us ing alien tech to upgrade his Katana and armor. and stuff like that

there's a mod that gives you an amulet that lets you toggle aspects of the vampire apperence. I can't frind it!

I can't seem to find Speedo's redecoration mod anywhere not here or PES. did it get removed for some reason? i'm rathar confused
