Seems to be working now.

I'm guessing the critical error is because we don't have the masterlist file to begin with. You already have it since it was downloaded before hand, I completely uninstalled my BOSS before installing the new version.

I currently have the same problem aswell. No idea what is causing it. Was working fine on the older version of BOSS but they took down the old host and put it up on GitHub which made me update.
