I third this request, and I'm sure there are a great many more people who probaby would like to see this mod too! They are nice indeed, early on, but dang, after a while, it just gets annoying seeing the map FILLED with 1500000 looter bands running around. Or, if someone could point me in the direction of where to find th module that covers looter spanws, I'd gladly make the mod myself.
