What means "purchase the game Skyrim itself"? Like it's once and forever? I saw a page offering me to buy packages for some time, e.g. 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, permanent etc. Is it what you mean by buying the game?

Hi, I'm new and don't see how I can download a game (Skyrim) or choose mod? I wanna play a flying game, with wings on my character, I watched some videos and saw wings on Nephilim and Succubus races, so I wanna try some of them. What should I do/choose to start playing? Must I pay prior to playing or can have a free trial for some time? Thank you.
