This is a really cool thread and I've enjoyed reading through it. I'm going to try some of these mods out tonight and see what the wasteland looks like! If im feeling especially mean to my gpu I might trying running an enb at the same time. I'll post back my results if you guys are interested. Thanks charwo for the thread and great piccys.

What about using sweetfx to push up the contrast to make the nights darker? Wasnt there a mod that added a torch too?

Hi guys, I'm a long time player of fallout who has decided to fully take the plunge into the nexus. I've been a big fan of this site for a while and used it for all my modding needs in new vegas and skyrim. I especially like the way the community supports and encourages each other. My thanks go to all the mod makers and the people behind the awesome nmm. My 'thing' is tutorial videos. I've got 3,500 subscribers and close to half a million views on youtube. I've made tutorials for battlefield 3, borderlands 2, various LittleBigPlanet games and the occaisional app here and there. I was a WWF no mercy 'hacker' back in the day when the gameshark was king and ran my own online wrestling game for a year. IRL im a teacher at a secondary school and always get extra 'cool' points by chatting about the mods I've picked up here on the nexus.
