any ideal when this mod will be up an running i look forward to playing it

this is a simple request for something i can not find on the nexus and i was woundering if anyone would take on the job of making a buildable house mod you know kinda sorta like the sims house building but not as loopy and stupid i know its alot of work and i cant build mods for the simple fact i dont know how that is why i figured if anyone would tak on the job
