i already restarted

Right now, i'm having MAJOR issues with Skyrim SE. I have quite a lot of mods, and i'm still new to this i've just managed to scrape by getting things to work. Skyrim was working earlier, then i uninstalled a mod that was causing an area within Fort Dawnguard to be inaccessible due to conflicting with another mod, after uninstalling the one that added objects that blocked it off, i have been entirely unable to play the game, crashes on startup. i've tried everything i know how to do, and nothing has resolved the issue, please, can anybody help me with this? i don't know what to do anymore.
