  1. I've made some progress on it after swapping some files, I pretty much ripped the mesh, texture, and esp from the original mod and added it to the conversion files, so it acts likes the standalone mod. The good news is that the body actually fits in the armor and isn't distorted, bad news is, I cant get the body to morph at all. It looks fine in bodyslide and the sliders work their (I did tick build morph), But in game they don't work. Any ideas?
  2. Ok so I've recently installed Ranger's Berne UUNP Armor along with Kriss CV cbbe hdt bodyslide conversion which is supposed to make the armor work with cbbe hdt since thats the body I use(I installed it with vortex). The issue is, the conversion itself doesn't want to work. The conversion shows up in Bodyslide just fine, but Bodyslide treats the conversion like its own independent armor, and because of that, while the conversion still shows up in the bodyslide but it doesn't overwrite the armors original bodyslide files when batch building. So when I go in game the armor shows up like it was made for UUNP body, so it looks messed up on my cbbe hdt body. I thought maybe the conversion had its own version in game so I looked it up in item menu but all that shows up is the original armor mod. I know the conversion itself works fine enough, because in bodyslide the conversion shows up fine. I've never had a conversion do this before so I'm kind of at a loss for what to do. If it's any help here's the site where I got the conversion https://krishunadan.tistory.com/entry/ì¤ì¹´ì´ë¦¼-컨ë²ì -Rangers-Berne-Armor-CBBEHDT-Conversion-컨ë²ì Here's some images of the bodyslide and in-game https://imgur.com/Hlz1o2u (Bodyslide) https://imgur.com/c9tLWvw (in-game ps this problem affects the front side too) So yea, as you can see from the first Image the bodyslide conversion is clearly there.(the conversion is also dependent on the base armor mod for textures and stuff) I'm just not really sure why it isn't working in game though. I did notice while cross-referencing with other cbbe conversions, that in the shape data of the Berne CBBE conversion, each armor piece only comes with two files: a nif file, and a osd file. In the slider set folder there are osp files for each armor piece and nothing else. There are no additional files like slider groups. (I'm not sure if these details are relevant to the problem I just noticed that in other armor conversions the files contained bsd and xml files instead). I'm pretty much at a loss not really sure what to do any help would be great.
  3. Ok, at this point I'm pretty sure my saves unsalvageable, I've tried purging and redeploying, even reinstalling all the mods from scratch but it seems like at this point the only thing I can really do is cut my losses and reinstall the game. If anyone has any ideas on what I can do I'm all ears but otherwise, I'm pretty much screwed thanks for the suggestions so far.
  4. Ok, so I purged the mods and redeployed after, but now I'm more nervous. NMM still notifies me that external changes have been made to FNIS data(default) but now instead of 60 files being changed, its now 103 files. I decided to go in game again to see if maybe my mods would work again but they still result in CTD (I have a follower located in dragons reach and if install that mod now and try to get to Dragons Reach it results in a CTD). So what are my options, should I just go and reinstall Skyrim and reinstall every mod from scratch or is their a better less time consuming alternative? Regardless its kinda of annoying because my chances of saving my save no matter what seem to be getting slimmer.
  5. Look for "Purge Mods" on the mods page taskbar. Thanks I'll get to it.
  6. Oh ok thanks, one last thing could you tell me how you go about purging? I'll update once every things done.
  7. Ok so I was messing around with an ENB, and ended up needing to get a new Skyrim.Ini file(deleted old ENB needed new ini). When I went to open up Skyrim using launcher, it said the game was uninstalled, weird but whatever. So I decided to "reinstall Skyrim" on steam, in reality I think it only read the local files and added nothing as far as I'm aware, could be wrong. However it all goes down hill after that, after getting the ini files, I opened it from SKSE thinking it was business as usual. However, when I loaded up the game it gave me the "content missing" warning, first sign something was wrong. When actually getting into the game half of my mods were missing like armors, followers, etc. So I looked around the mod manger for a bit, which still said everything was installed, and found that all my plugins were disabled. So I turned them back on (no specific order if that matters). Which seemed to fix the problem, but not everything the same anymore. Script lag is somewhat of a thing in my saves now, and mods which I used to install from time to time to have fun with and later uninstall seem to crash my game when I go to certain areas now(I'd load up a previous save when I was done). And when ever I'm redeploying mods it takes a lot longer than it used to with the same mods(specifically during pre-deployment and post-deployment) and the NMM says external changes have been made to: "FNIS Data(default)" and that 60 different files were apparently changed. Sorry for the long post but I wanted to be as detailed as possible in case it would help, As of right now I'm kinda nervous to make any real progress in the game in case it corrupts my save a few hours later. I'm honestly not sure how to deal with this, I want to continue but I'm worried something changed that I'm not seeing, especially with the "external changes" part. So any suggestions on what I should do or anyone with similar experiences who can help me?
