I have version 0.44.5 which I think is the latest and yes I'm dling them using the manager.

Yes it won't even open if I don't lol.

Error comes up like this when trying to activate the Static Mesh Improvement mod from this pack http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/30936 this is happening with several of the other mods. Tried googling the problem but didn't get anything useful.
