Hello! I really like motion blur in my games as it make game much smoother at lower framerates. However , motion blur in Fallout 4 is weak. Is there any way to increase motion blur? Maybe by messing up with creation kit? Or maybe there is some enb which i can use to get strong motion blur? I know there is one mod giving stronger motion blur , but it does not work anymore unfortunatley. Any help/advice would be appriciate!

Hey! Any awesome mod that you know which will change my Items/Magic menu in skyrim ? ( Not Sky UI) And im looking for some cool arrow mod which will give me to craft or loot Fire , Ice and Sparks arrows? Any simmilar you know ?
