Does anyone know of a mod that gives the assaultrons human Like hands so they can use any weapon?

Hello. just curious if anyone would be interested in creating a jetpack based on the 1991 disney Movie Rocketeer. the movie takes place in the 40's so the technology vibe is very similar to the fallout theme. creating the whole outfit would be pretty cool as well.

i have windows 11 and i still get the not compatible prompt when i try to update. why would that be?
