Issue 2 is everybody. Or, more of us than not. I have yet to find a good solution to it. Even if you DO get back in the game the windows mouse cursor comes with you, so you have two mouse cursors. Quite annoying. I tried Simple Borderless WIndow but that resulted in CTDs on load screens. Guess we're stuck in fullscreen forever.

I've been copy pasting my solution for this in a lot of different threads. After a week spent troubleshooting issues loading saved games (from 1hours of playtime all the way up to 40-50), and load screens in general, I have FINALLY found the solution for me. I hope it works for you guys too: STOP USING SBW (Simple Borderless Window.) I am not exaggerating in the slightest when I tell you that when I stopped using SBW, and reinstalled the 50 or so mods i had on top of the 50 I refused to uninstall, I haven't seen a SINGLE CTD SINCE. Not ONE. Give this a shot if you are having issues. Run in fullscreen, and don't alt tab. At least then you are in control of when you CTD.

Guys, he clearly states he has a new game where no mods have been removed where he has the same issue.

Thanks. I understand what I can do to find the root of the issue. I was looking for a work around. A command to stop combat would be too helpful to include in the game, I guess.

It's happening quite often. I find that if I don't stop and fight everything I run into, I have a pretty high chance of getting stuck. Very aggrevating.

Hey guys. I seem to be permanently stuck in combat. I can see a red NPC on my compass, but he's like on the other side of hte planet and I have fast travel disabled. Is there a console command to basically stop combat?

I'm having this same problem. Except I reinstalled Skyrim entirely and reinstalled mods. And stripped mods. And went down to almost the bare minimum. And still, crashes. It's getting to be pretty f***ing infuriating. I've started 3 new games. About two hours into each play session, I start crashing on save game loading. Over and over and over. It will let me in eventually though.

Does anyone know what mod adds the random guardian elemental creatures that spawn when you are harvesting ore? Iron guardians for iron ore, etc. I can't seem to figure out which mod I need to nuke from orbit to prevent this from coming up again :P

Okay, figured it out (somewhat). You gotta activate the Economics of Skyrim coin in your inventory so the mod sets itself up, then you can talk to people to rent equipment. Seems like it doesn't work properly in several places, however, such as Whiterun. Mod creator says a fix is coming soon. Thank you for posting this solution. Some people get answers and then never post them. You delivered. Just had this same issue :)

To make your modding life easy, download the Nexus Mod Manager and install through that.
