I got it to work, In case anyone else runs into this issue: Uninstall Racemenu and Nifmerge Re-download and install Racemenu and Nifmerge (I had the latest versions, but WTH - do it anyway) I went in and made some slight changes using Racemenu too see if it worked. Run thru CTRL+F4, Nifmerge steps, and then the Nifskope steps. Something must have bugged out in my system. Thanks to Petermartyr for tunning me into Nifmerge not being entirely reliable! I never suspected that. Thinking it was me, I spent hours redoing everything. Now I got what I want - I just need to find a hook to hang from it's mouth.

Thank you, sir! I have been doing that with Nifskope. At this point, I think I have something odd going on.

Does anyone have insight on managing meshes in Nifskope? From PeterMartyr above: Is this really referring to textures?

Thanks for the thoughtful response. You pegged me right - I am the self admittedly worst modder in history. Nifmerge - I didn't know it is unreliable. This explains why I once got it to work, made come slight color changes and could not repeat. I have done other followers and it worked. I use nifscope, but for the textures (basically as in Kroekr's post above). I will google to see how to use it for the meshes. A question, in the past I simple renamed my exported head texture (and it has worked) However, is it helpful to use Gimp or Photoshop? I have read enough regarding this and have started to look that way. Thanks!

I created a standalone follower using Racemenu and am not getting the facial traits as well as other sizing aspects of racemenu to pull into the follower. Everything else has come in nicely. No seems, right textures, colors, and hair. All else seems good. Has anyone overcome this problem? Thanks! (Getting tired of CK) What I got: What I wanted: Don't laugh! I was going for a "Last time I saw a mouth like that, it had a hook in it' look!

I'm about to upload my first mod. It took forever A permission I have yet to get is for DIMONIZED UNP female body. The perm button states: You must get permission from me before you are allowed to use any of the assets in this file. dimon99 seems to be hard to find at this moment. This is s popular mod, and I have mods coming out using this. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I usually run with a lot of mods. MO is crucial for stability. I hope NMM adopts the features that makes MO great.

Man, I have the same problem! Kinda humorous in a way. All that work and you have a couple of eyes and a mouth hanging in mid air. Mine is worse - no skin either. How did you fix this???

I'm having trouble locating the mod that created Alga Iron Fist. She hangs out in Ivarstead at the Vilemyr Inn and looks like Aela. Does anyone know which mod created her? Thanks in advance!
