  1. It works, it's perfect *tears of joy*.
  2. Hello everyone, I'll try to explain my issue as best as I can, based on the knowledge I have. I appologise if this was mentioned before - I have been searching for a while but can't find this specific problem. I painted new eyebrows to replace the male vanilla ones. My Photoshop files are 1024X512, resolution 72. There is the skin layer (color picked from vanilla eyebrows dds files) and the new brow layer on top. To export, I select my brow layer (the eyebrow is selected) and then I export to dds (DXT5 with mimaps). The result in game is dark eyebrows with a colored rectangle around them. I tried the following: Saved the eyebrows selection, merged skin layer and brow layer, loaded brow selection and saved dds with DXT5 and mimaps. Result is dark brows with a little color contour (hair color). How to export correctly in order to get the eyebrows to show well and same as the hair color? Do I need to create a new normal map, or is it safe to leave the vanilla one? Thank you ^^ Rowan
  3. It's probably old news, but I just realized the PC has the "angry" face when getting attacked (frowning and hissing). I noticed this while I was checking my car in third view and got attacked by some mudcrab. As said, I'm pretty sure it's old news, though I wonder what triggers this reaction, that does not work with npcs...
  4. Thank you!!!!! We shall cheer-lead, unless we can help in another way somehow!
  5. Thanks Steve40 I'll keep an eye on this!
  6. This, is a must mod. I don't do scripting but I'm willing to help however possible.
  7. Here is the forum: http://forums.bethsoft.com/topic/1400169-headtracking/
  8. When beginning a new game, when you are creating your new character and defining how he looks, if you left-click your mouse on your character's head and hold down the mouse button while dragging the mouse about, your character head tracks the mouse cursor :) Ahhh this gives me hope ^o^ lol though I have no idea what could be done. It seems scripting is not enough, so what to do then? Is it possible it's some silly option in the CK?
  9. I posted a forum on Beth forums, we'll let you know if somebody replies @____@
  10. This is what the game misses. If anyone can make this work, it would be awesome. Having the player look so dumb is really a turn off, this, since FO3....
  11. This is fabulous news to start the day with. Thank you :D
  12. Well, that's something I love in TES games. Third AND first view option. Awesome. I loved to switch, depending on what I do. And yay for mods!
  13. I absolutely agree here. They remind me of Morrowind elven look a lot, which is very exciting in my opinion. *Sigh* can't wait.
  14. Hey there, I don't think you should be worried about that. These are not going to be unchangeable 3D heads like in Morrowind - they will be customizable, and there is always a way to make your char to your taste. Example, a lot of people say Oblivon's wood elves are hard to make beautiful, while I always make especially wood elves pretty. Aesthetic mods help a lot (skin textures, eyes, hair) and I am sure there will be plenty for Skyrim. They also mentioned the character creation is much more complex than Oblivion's (obviously) and the heads on the pics are just presets. So no worries - if you're looking for a game to tweak to your taste, this is it :) And elves for the win. All of them.
