  1. well I just usually use the pg up and pg down buttons to scroll through the console. You could try that ;D
  2. I've noticed that recently, within the last two weeks that my save has been getting considerably larger. I'm just over the 70hr mark on my playthrough, and everything is fine, but I've noticed my savegame is a decent 15mb, bordering 16. (Was at a steady 12-13mb for a good while) Now, I know as a save gets older, the file size generally gets larger, but..I dont know this just seems a bit too large for me right now? I remember going up to like 100hrs in my last playthrough, and even it didnt get up to 15mb. Is this normal? Should I be worried? When does a savegame literally start to get TOO big? And..what could I do to reduce save size?
  3. I've looked all over for a set of the Executioners armor, both on Steam workshop and The Nexus and I can't seem to find one that actually works well. Some don't have armor ratings. Others have loads of bugs that involve the first person look etc etc I would think after all this time there would have to be a mod of the Executioners armor THAT WORKS....I mean, there has to be right? Does anyone know of one? One that: Involves the executioners armor actually having a armor rating. No bugs etc Does anyone know of one?
  4. It seems that out of all the armor types that have gotten attention, not a lot of it has been directed toward stalhrim (I'm probably spelling it wrong, just gonna acknowledge that now). In Dragonborn,Stalhrim is kind of..strange? I don' know, it just doesn't look right. I like the idea of it, ice-armor, but I think it was made in the worst possible way. I've always kind of hoped someone would make a stand-alone armor/weapon, that itself, is made of Stalhrim. We see steel, elven, ebony, glass, dragon, hell sometimes even iron. But where are all the Stalhrim based armors/weapons? I always kind of figured it had to do with people requiring the Dragonborn DLC but..I can't be the only one who's thought of this.
  5. So I've been playing skyrim on the PC for a few months now and its very enjoyable. Mods and the like make things great but..I've always wondered about ENB's. Mostly I wonder if my computer can even handle one. I'm able to run skyrim at its medium and high settings (although I stick to medium cause I tend to lag a bit more on high), but I can't do Ultra, that's just..overkill for my system. But, I'm wondering what kind of ENB I could/should use, if at all. GPU: GeForce 9800M GTS CPU: IntelĀ® Core2 Duo CPU P8400 @ 2.26GHz Memory: 8.00 GB RAM Anything ENB you fine people could recommend for these specs? If at all?
  6. I am not sure what its called..But you know how in some older RPG's, or fighting games, that when you hit someone the damage done is shown? Kind of like.. http://images2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20120204023928/finalfantasy/images/0/0a/FFX-2_Burst_Shot.png If there would be some kind of way to incorporate that into skyrim it'd be pretty cool. Sure it may be immersion breaking at times or, non-lore friendly but I think it would be interesting to see just how much damage you are actually doing to an enemy. Taking into consideration their resistances, armor, weaknesses, critical hits, etc
  7. So I never quite got this, there isnt anything wrong with my game or the manager, I'm just curious. When I look at NMM, there are two columns, there is load order and there is Index. My load order goes all the way up to 59, but the index goes up to 91. What exactly is index?..Is that how many things I have installed and running? And if so, is 93 too much? I always heard you shouldn't push above 70, but I always went by my load order, which is at 59 so..
  8. http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/The_Stumbling_Sabrecat This. Alright so we all know about this place, or, at least we've seen it on our travels. A deserted Tavern. I'm no modder so I couldnt create something like this, but here's a idea for you modders, why not make a small quest that involves you restoring this place, and then coming into ownership of it. (Maybe even fort dunstad too!) Think about it. Owning your own Tavern, taking in revenue every now and then. Or hell just, restoring the place to use, that'd work too.
  9. I haven't used Ebony armor for my character in a while, and when I saw the re-texture by Cabal on the Nexus I really liked it. After I downloaded though it reminded me of why I stopped using Ebony armor. The Helmet. I'm the kind of person that wears armor based on how good it looks rather than its defensive purposes..And the Ebony Helmet is just..Weird? I don't know, it seems like a alien head, like it wasn't meant for a human or something. It's just a big turn off, but of course, I like to wear full sets of Armor (Legs, arms, chest, head etc), so that posed a problem for me since there wasn't much that matched the Ebony Armor, other than the actual ebony helmet. Is there anything out there mod/Vanilla wise? Something that wont clip badly with Ebony Armor of course, A hood preferably, but a helmet will work too. I've tried fur hoods and all that, but it still doesn't quite match. Maybe I have OCD or something idk, but if it doesnt vaguely match the armor itself I just, cant use it, it irritates me way too much. Any ideas?
  10. As a mod idea, why not have a quest that takes the Dragonborn across skyrim, searching for clues of the Heart of Lorkhan. At some point the acquisition of Keening,Sunder and Wraithguard would probably be needed. Only he/she aren't the only ones looking. There would be someone else of course, the quest-lines antagonist. Toward the end the antagonist manages to hook the heart up to a Centurion, but that said person isn't as skilled as their predescesors (Kagrenac,Dagoth Ur,Tiber Septim etc) and the Numidium kills them. However of course this now hulking beast must be dealt with. Leaving the dragonborn to clash with it head on, and destroy it. I know something like this would probably take some time and work but it could be a interesting idea if anyone ever picks up on it. /// Morrowind nostalgia
