I'm going to be starting a new Skyrim Play-through soon and I want to find some mods that de-level Skyrim's world. I usually play Requiem, and I've decided to take a break from that mod and use Ordinator instead until 2.0 comes out. Right now, can anyone please suggest any (updated/modern) mods that de-level Skyrim's world like Requiem's? Maybe some combat mods as well.

I've been wanting to install an ENB for sometime, but I'm worried that my PC may not be able to take it. I'm pretty noobish when it comes to ENB's. I've tried the Vividian ENB and I Can't Believe it's not an ENB in the past, but I want something new. The last time I used an ENB (Vividian) my FPS dropped to 10 FPS, and I followed the installation guide step by step. So Vividian is out of the picture and I don't want to use ICBE, so what other ENBs can work with my system. My system specs are as followed. Intel i7 4790 16GB of RAM Nvidia 950 2GB (I think these three are the only one's that matter).

If you don't want to do it - what makes you think someone else wants to? Just saying. As for incompatibilities with Open Cities, anything that edits the cells for cities, changes NPC behavior packages, adds new NPC's, and sometimes even those that add new characters/quests will need a patch. The only ones I immedietly noticed will need a patch, or the very least a good reading of their FAQ sheet, would be Immersive Patrols and AI Overhaul. Thank you. I can't look up every single mod page because I don't have the time. Don't exactly have the free time for that.

I want to use Open Cities Skyrim, but I know that I need to use compatibility patches for it to work. The thing is, I don't know which of my mods need compatibility patches. I have a long list of mods and I don't want to look up every single mod page. Can someone please help me on this? I can appreciate the help. My load order is right below. So I decided that I wanted to play Skyrim again, and I been wanting to ask some advice. This has nothing to do with the game or mods. It's just that I've been starting new characters for Skyrim and I never get to finish them. I have over 700 hours in Skyrim, and I never finish my games. This has been happening for years. I haven't finished an RPG in a long time. I want to start Skyrim again, but I have doubts. It will be a new game with Requiem and I plan on making a Crusader build. What should I do to keep myself in the game long enough for me to finish my character?

This problem has been addressed before, but I'm getting random blue textures on my game. So far, these textures have been on non-obtainable torches, a barrel, and some rocks. I've just started a new game and I've only explored Whiterun. I want to fix this as soon as I can. I have my load order here. Note: I do have Skyrim 2K textures and SMIM. However, I don't know if it is these mods are the ones causing the trouble. I also just recently switched to Mod Organizer. I'm still learning it and my game so far has been great. The only problem is the blue textures. Hey guys, I'm looking for mods that change or buff staves in Skyrim. Staves are pretty weak and I wonder if there are any mods that make staves viable. I do have Ordinator (which buffs staves to an extent). However, I am looking for mods that have been recently updated and not ones that are old. Any recommendations would be nice.

It seems that Imp's Complex Needs might be causing the issue. I completely forgot about making merged patches. Will have to make one soon. Thank you dubiousintent. I will make a merged patch and see if that may fix the issue. And no, I do not have hardcore mode on. Neither am I poisoned or have any radiation poisoning. Couldn't get Complex Needs to work, even with a batched and merge patch. I'll just uninstall it.

I just started playing Fallout New Vegas again, and when I tried going to sleep the first time, I die, even if it's only one hour. I have no idea why this is happening. I do have mods installed, but I don't know what is causing the problem. It maybe has something to do with the dehydration levels, so it may be a mod, but I'm not sure. I don't have hardcore mode on either. Does anyone know how to deal with this issue? After running tests and researching online, I had to disable ASUS surge protector from the BIOS. My games work fine now, but I don't know if disabling the surge protector will effect my computer negatively. It was working fine with it enabled until I modded my Skyrim game. I guess I'll wait and see.

Skyrim is causing my entire PC to shut down. The game started crashing when I started wandering the world, but then all of a sudden it crashes randomly. It started getting worse when I can't load previously saved games when I'm outdoors. My Asus surge protection suggests that it might be my PSU, but I doubt it since I tried other games and it works fine. I believe that it is only Skyrim that is causing the problem. The wall outlets are good and everything else on the computer seems alright. I have some texture mods like Skyrim 2k textures, Purity, and Immersive Roads but I don't think it would cause the game this much problems. I'll post my PC specs and load order. This is a new computer I'm working with and I have played Skyrim on other PCs, so this problem is new to me. I'm not playing Skyrim until this is sorted out. PC Specs: CPU: Intel i7-4970 RAM: 16GB GPU: Nvidia GTX 950 PSU: 500 Watt Corsair 80 Plus Bronze Certified EDIT: Never mind, it could very well be the PSU. My game crashed when playing TF2. This incident occurs when I'm playing games, but there is a chance for a faulty PSU. EDIT 2: I got the SpeedFan app and I'm getting temperatures in the system and AUXTIN 1-3 over 100C. This can't be good. Load Order: I did install four mods today, 360 run plus, XP32 Max Skeleton Extended, Safety Load and HDT Physical Extensions. I played the game yesterday and had no issues. Also played the game this afternoon after installing the new mods, but it played out fine for a while. Everytime I use LOOT it always places my Requiem files in random order since Requiem is not good for LOOT. I'll use it, but I have to resort my Requiem files.

I'm played Skyrim recently and for sometime I get random crashes every now and then. The game itself is fine I can play it, but I have issues of random crashes. Just last night I had four. You can't avoid random crashes sometimes, but I'm thinking that I have to change my load order to prevent crashes. I'll have my list below and I'll make some changes based on what people respond. It turns out the GPU burned out, so I replaced it with a new graphics card which I was saving for my new PC (GTX 750 ti). My games work now, no scrambling textures, not freezes, no crashes. I have to buy a new graphics card for my new PC now, which I'm building in a couple of weeks, but that's alright. (Will probably get another GTX 750 ti or a GTX 950).

I can't play my other games. I tried Starcraft 2 and Path of Exile. They could not run. So its most likely that I have to replace the GPU, or there might be issues similar to what LeddBate said.

I will be building a new computer in the next couple of weeks. Do you think I should wait? If the problem is the GPU, I am thinking of waiting until this is solved. I haven't tested other games yet.

After rolling back my driver it is still crashing and I got a new error. "Application has been blocked from the GPU." Anybody know what to do with this?

Bump to this post. After some research it seems that this problem is related to my GPU and drivers. So I don't think any mods are the problem for now. I still don't know how to solve the issue though. Edit: I tried putting some .dll files from my systems folder to my Skyrim folder and deleted some of my saves. Apparently when I loaded a save when my character is currently fighting, the textures were still scrambling all over the place, but I COULD play. So it seems I still have a issue with my graphics card and drivers. However, I also loaded up a save when I was in Riften and my game crashed and got the same GPU is not responding.

I was playing Skyrim something strange happened in my game. Out of nowhere the game's textures just started to randomly (how do I describe this) go out of place. The game's textures just started, lets just say, "squiggle" around, causing my game to go black screen, FPS started to drop, then crash. Then I got messages saying that the driver stopped responding, so I updated my driver. I also uninstalled some programs like Nvidia Experience and my game's ENB ( I used I can't Believe it's not an ENB 3 due to having little to no FPS drop despite my graphics card). After that, my game's textures are still out of place. There is no black screen, but the FPS is still bad and I'm getting crashes saying that my driver stopped and there was one time the game could not use my GPU. Someone please respond to this post. I want to continue playing Skyrim. Here is some more information about my PC. Its a pre-built by Dell, but it's been working very well for the past year with Skyrim and my other games. Dell XPS 8700 Intel i7-4770 12 GB of RAM Nvidia GTX 645 1GB 460 Watt If you want my mod load order, I'll post it as fast as I can. This happened during the night, so I can't fix or research everything and I'm tired and need sleep.

I will be building a new PC in the future and I wish to know, based on these specs, what kind of mods I can use? Processor: AMD FX 8350 Memory: 16GB GPU: EVGA Geforce GTX 750 Ti (Other parts like motherboard and power supply don't really come into affect here. Don't worry I know what I'm doing when building this thing.) So what mods can I run based on these specs?

I noticed that Perkus Maximus has been upgraded to 1.2. I'm currently using 1.1, so I want to ask if its alright to upgrade to 1.2 and if it won't affect my current character playthrough. I've asked this in the Perkus Maximus forums, but I'm not getting an answer. Same thing with browsing around the forums. I would also like to ask if this would also apply to PCaPP?

Alright so I created my own Bashed Patch and put it at the end of the load order (after the Post Reproccer Fixes). I ran TES5Edit and it seems to be alright. I experimented with two other load orders before the last one and it seems TES5Edit ran perfectly with this new one. I'll run Skyrim later today and see how it runs. Never heard of TES5Edit merge patch before, but it seems helpful. Can someone explain this to me and how to use it? Edit: By the way I had my SkyReproccers on when I created the patch. Can someone clarify whether or not you need to turn them off first or leave them on when creating the patch? I believe Hyacathus brought this up. Edit2: So I tried a new method and turned off my Proccers. I used Wyre and updated my Bash Patch, turned it on, ran my Proccers and turned them on again. I do plan on taking a break from the game after some of my college work is done. Hopefully by the time I will play again I'll get some answers.

I want to start a new game soon, but I have a question regarding some of the vampire mods available on Nexus, mostly Belua Sanguinare and Better Vampires. I've used Better Vampires for a long time now, but I'm debating whether or not I should keep it or switching and trying Belua Sanguinare. I want to try something new to freshen my Skyrim experience Belua Sanguinare seems like something I want to try. The mod hasn't been updated in over a year since the mod author stopped working on it, same can be said about Better Vampires. And I don't know if there are any compatibility issues regarding the mod. What's nice about Better Vampires is that there are a lot of other vampire mods that are compatible with it like Dynamic Vampire Appearance and Royal Bloodline. I've been doing research on Belua Sanguinare and still haven't found any answers. If anyone can fill me in on any mods that have no compatibility issues with Belua Sanguinare that would be great.
