I want to create a patch for two city overhaul mods. I don't want to go through the work of manually looking for conflicts cause there are just so many. What I want to do is basically "turn off" a few of the cities in one of the mods. I was thinking there should be a way to create a patch that makes the mod ignore specified cells effectively ignoring certain cities. Is this possible and how would I go about it?

Yes I did create the new armor addon with the nif I created and assigned it properly. I even adjusted the nif in nifskopoe to something other than the banner. It appeared fine then. It's something to do with the banner nif structure I think.

I'm attempting to make a custom shield nif out of the WRJovaskrBanner02. I have made weapon mashups before in nifskope before but not with something as complex as a banner. So I tried the normal way of opening an existing shield, copying the banner into the shield file, saving it out, and placing it in game. Through this method the item shows up fine in my inventory and when dropped on the floor, but in my hand the banner/shield does not appear. I imagine there are more steps to take in nifskope, but I have no idea what. Can anyone please please help?

Hey there so I'm modding the Solitude arch to try and make a structure inside it but when taking apart the arch beneath the Blue Palace and flattening the landscape using the landscape tool there is one weird piece of terrain that sticks straight up that part of the arch and is super annoying and the tool has no affect on that piece, it's also low res and doesnt look like normal terrain and I cant select it so its not an object. Anyone know what that is or how to fix??
