Im trying to get the "HDR (Eye Adaptation)" stronger or the contrast up or something. sort of like kingdom come where when you look at the sun the open world looks darker, and when you have a torch at night the darkness around you gets even darker. I Know the HDR is on because when i enter interiors the room as dark for a couple seconds, but i thought the effect would be more noticeable is there something i need to download or tweak something for this?
