Thanks for the replies guys! What about "Skyrim Redone"? Is that a mod that would increase realism?

What mods would I need for a realistic Skyrim experience? A mod that would require me to eat, sleep, and drink. A mod that would make diseases more lethal. A mod that would make cold temperatures require some source of heat. I want these mods so I can start a realistic Skyrim experience, capture, and show it on YouTube (of course). Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
