I've also made it to where esp_races.esp sits right above PatchusMaximus.esp(as it needs to be the last in the load order to work) and still nothing.

I have esp races correctly installed and in the right load order, but all the races' abilities are still vanilla. Epic Races of Skyrim was also not working for the most part, what could it be?
