Is it possible to make a mod that enable the possibilty to add or remove a mod on a weapon like ine the crysis game ?

As it is in the title, i ask if someone could flip the bolt of the L96 to the right side, in Wasteland Ordonance, because we have now a serveral right handed animation for the sniper rifle. The link to WO : https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/11427/?

Hello ! Recently I found a model of a PGM Hecate, in a obj format, and I tried to add it to my games for personnal use, but it didn't work at all. I wan't to know if i can get some help to port this weapon in my game.

It's seem to be a the HN66 Sirius Armor, with the cute/Modern Firearms dragonskin vest

Actually i'm trying to create a mod that add the PGM Hecate, an AMR , it can be used in Fallout NV (as I remenber), and since i'm gavering all what I need to make, so i wanted some idea of texture/ camo. But since i will add them in a sealed military vault, there will not be worn or battle scarned texture. NB. Sorry for my english, it's not my native language.

So i was looking at all the modders ressources avaible in the nexus and over sites, and I want to know if they were a tutorial somewhere to port this model in the game. First of all, sorry for my english, this is not my primary language. So where can I start... Hum , oh yes , it's in the title, is anybody know if someone is working on a Halo battle rifle aka the BR-56. I think it could fit in the fallout universe with some minor tweaks on the texture to make it look like an Instute made weapons.
