Correct me if I am wrong - Isn't this supposed to be posted in the 'Mod' section?

Hiya, today I tried to use a mod manager mostly referred to as 'FOMM', you can check the link at the bottom if you want, but back to the point. I tried to start it up, but, when I opened the program I was greeted with 'FOMM has stopped working', this stays for about three seconds and then just closes. Nothing happens after this, so, what is going on? I've been able to use it earlier today, but not now. All help is appreciated. I recently bought Far Cry 3, but since it has a one time use activation code I cannot return it if it does not work. So, can you tell me if it will work?
