I found a way of getting the voices out of the bsa. Here you have the unpacker: http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/3117/? Open the bsa (http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/15412/?tab=2&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Foblivion%2Fajax%2Fmodfiles%2F%3Fid%3D15412&pUp=1) The resource one. and then click extract all. wait until all the files has extracted. Then take those files and put them into the data folder of oblivion. Hope i could help!

Ok hi. everytime i try to add dialouge to my own npc's the CK crashes. its a runtime error. so if i could get some help it would be great. bye bye
