when I try to turn a DDS file back to TEX it says there is an error that i have to many MIPMAPS and I dont know how to fix it, anyone help me?

I would love it if someone could make V with boots instead of his sandals. I personally d not like them that much, and i'm not good with model modding so i would appreciate it.
