Isnât it weird that if youâre a Nord, you have no family? Isnât it strange that if youâve lived in Tamriel your whole life, you never get letters from home? I think it would be really cool to have a mod where you had âparentsâ who sent you letters or care packages from time to time, and commented on your adventures. Letters seem like a pretty simple idea. A more involved version would actually put your parents in Skyrim. Maybe a simple farm in Rorikstead. You could visit home on occasion: your mom would give you a home cooked meal and worry about you; your dad would be gruff, but proud. Maybe you could even help them upgrade their farm with your loot, or bring your adopted kids to visit their grandparents. I would be completely willing to help write the dialogue and content, but I know zero about modding. If anyone is interested in the idea, go for it, and if you want creative help, Iâd love to!
