Turns out its an issue with Oscuro's overhaul

Hey there, Im having some issues with missing meshes and I cant identify where theyre coming from, I have a couple of screenshots along with my mods installed. Couple things of note the icon for buffs (top right of screenshot is from a shrine of the nine) Missing armor off Imperial guardian and a few missing ones from spots around the city. Im thinking its one of 3 main mods interfering with each other, Oscuro oblivion overhaul, Armamentarium and better cities. ive tried enabling and disabling a few at a time to see if that helps but I still cant put a finger on the issue.
