In Skyrim a lot of the time when I press R to equip my spells there is no effect inside the hand so there is just a guy with his hands up although the spell still does work the hand effect does not. I also get bad problems with conjuration were i spawn atronach or familiar and he does not appear and I have to spam F5 quick save and then it appears I do not have any spell absorption effects I am a high elf with the mage stone this is starting to get really annoying especially were I have top demonstrate my unrelenting force at High Hrothgar the dummies dont spawn. By the way I'm on Pc

IN APX_spells once I do an animation as soon as My character stops the animation there is no combat at all (I cannot hit with weapons and cannot cast magic spells and to be able to perform combat I have to exit to desktop please help
