How do I make a formlist? Or where do I go for that? -
I've been working on a perk similar to both Grunt and Cowboy, but affects energy weapons and any 10mm weapon. Both of the mentioned perks have effects tied to their entry points, which are tied to the weapons they're meant to work with. I doubt there is something like that for 10mm and energy weapons, but I could use some advice on how to find it if there is. Or alternatively, a script I can add to my perk that does the same thing.

I've already made the trait itself, which is based on the Explorer perk, but I don't have the experience or know-how to do the next step. The trait is called "Dilligent Courier", and is meant to show the locations of traders and locations that would be familiar to caravans, NCR citizens, or NCR troops. Locations like the Mojave Outpost, the Strip, Camp McCarran, Nipton, Novac, 188, Gunrunners, etc. But, as I mentioned before, I really don't know how to implement that part.

I'm pretty much new to the GECK, but I'm trying to figure out if I can modify the NV death scene (or whatever it actually is called) to play a video of the Fallout 1 death cutscene. I still have to convert the video to a .bik file, but I'd like to know how to access whatever triggers the death stuff for NV.
