Hi there ! I ran into that issue this weekend and spent a few hours trying all the fixes I read. Without success. My problem came from Immersive Beds. I focused on the table/lab problem when I noticed I had no more animations when going to bed either. To solve it, I deactivated all 3 mods from Immersive Beds (the main one, the DG-HF patch and the ENB patch) with NMM. Then I loaded my game, I got the screen telling me that some items might be missing, saved and quit. Just after that, I went back to NMM to activate Immersive Beds (the main one, the DG-HF patch and the ENB patch, in that order), I ran LOOT, and loaded my game. And everything works fine !
