Frankly, I think the new design is a mess. Away too bulky, hard to separate the overly busy sections in a single page and rather ugly on top of that. On top of that, the changes in the colour scheme completely messed a lot of mods that were using the white font in their descriptions as the shade of grey you've picked is lighter (and even making it harder to pick a new font colour in the process).

It's nice to see Valve and Bethesda acting quickly on the matter. Realising that this was not implemented properly and shutting it down completely was the way to go at this point in my opinion. I still think that it's weird they decided to start with Skyrim of all things. The workshop was not good enough for it to begin with, the community didn't really like it anyway and loads of mods were using resources from other mods. Somewhere in Bethesda's department some devs must have been crying all the time about how this would not work because it was not made to be modded the way other Valve games are. However, I still hope they will go back to the drawing board and do it properly. I was even looking forward to giving my money for some of those mods that were announced for Steam like the ones made by Chesko.

Any new open world RPG by Bethesda would be welcome at this point, be it a new Fallout, Elder Scrolls or a new IP. There hasn't been any good ones on the PC in years.

The add-remove spell fix worked for me, for now. If it persists I guess I will try to do it with USKP removed, though I have a feeling that my save might not even load without USKP.
