first time requesting a mod, not sure if i'm even doing this right what i'm looking for is a relatively simple replacement for the Bullseye Perk in the Archery Skill Tree. 15% chance to Paralyze a) doesn't strike me as "epic" enough for a 100 skill Perk, and b) turns out its bugged. neither of the mods currently available that change it appeal to me, but they did give me an idea. since i have never even attempted to make a mod myself, and have no idea how, i bring it to you (the Nexus Community) to (hopefully) bring to life. The Idea: Leaving everything else about the perk alone, change the 15% chance to Paralyze to a chance to Instantly Kill (you can decide on how high a chance it should have, personally i think 5-10% is about right. perhaps multiple versions so people can choose for themselves?) its even Lore friendly if you think about it
