Is there a mod or a way to separate the Chem use in fallout 3? If i remember correctly alcohol is counted as a chem, and i just don't see why. I would love for alcohol to be its own category, same as cigarettes (I play with FWE) mainly because i don't use Chems ( as in the drugs.) Its not a big deal, and i can get over it, but was just wondering if there is a way to separate them.

I am new to modding, and i downloaded mods for oblivion, but it wouldnt start, so i uninstalled it and reinstalled, but the mods dont show up on the data files. I am using nexus mod manager, what do i have to do to get the mods back? there still there but i dont think oblivion knows about them? i guess? like i said im new to this stuff. Basically what did i do wrong?
