I created an NPC in my mod which work fine on my end but a user has been having issues with the npcs having a grey face and looking sickly. I have a feeling it may be related to dawnguard but not sure.

I did export the facegens properly and archived them in the .bsa. This is the only npc the user is having an issue with. Anyone have any ideas?
