No, I'm running the Mod Organizer compatible version.

You're not the only one having this issue, it appears to have removed all of the healing potions from my game.

Here's a screenshot of all of the potions that are marked under the health type. http://i.imgur.com/3hC9kHO.jpg?1 It appears that the potions of healing are entirely missing, and replaced with messed up regeneration potions.

Just noticed I accidently put this in the mod talk instead of troubleshooting. Could a moderator or somebody else with the power to delete threads please remove this one? I've already re-posted it in the troubleshooting forum, so don't worry about that.

So, I'm doing the starting quest for the alternate start mod, and I'm stuck at the part where you need to bring a healing potion to either Ralof or Hadvar, which has worked fine dozens of times before this. The thing is, I'm unable to actually pickup the potions near the frostbite spiders, they are there, but I can't do anything with them. If i try to console one in, they've been replaced with weird potions that say they increase regeneration, and neither Hadvar nor Ralof want to drink those potions. If this isn't specific enough, I'll go get some screenshots of the potions.
