  1. Yes, I am using that patch, and sadly read somewhere that was the cause of it. The new version(2.1.0) fixes it(or so I've read). We shall see if my survival character can get that far to test. Thanks for the reply.
  2. Second page bump. Can someone at least reply to "am I supposed to receive a collar from them? I get no notification if I do, nor can I find a collar anywhere in my inventory." Thanks
  3. I've searched online for a couple days now trying to find any information about the issue(s) I'm having with these specific quests, yet I can't find anything that helps with my issue. First, the question, when I receive one of these quests from any of the three raider faction bosses, am I supposed to receive a collar from them? I get no notification if I do, nor can I find a collar anywhere in my inventory. Which leads to my "bug". When I reach any of the quest targets, I don't have any option to collar them. I get the dialogue(speech check) to have them follow me, but no dialogue to have them try it on like a necklace, nor do I even get the option to collar them from stealth, even if I beat them down to low health. The only option then is to pickpocket them. It's really getting tiring finishing these quests through console commands. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
  4. Good god, High Confessor Tektus was driving me insane. I couldn't hand in any quests to him at all, and any quests that involved him were all broke. I tried some of the console commands like setstage etc, but ended up in an endless loop of having to use more console commands to advance anything involving him. I thought to myself, screw it, and reloaded an earlier save. This save still had What Atom Requires, Reformation, and Cleansing the Land. I figured it was too late to swap back to the original DLCCoast.esm, but I tried it for the hell of it. ALL quests involving him worked perfectly afterwards.... no console commands needed. Thank you BaekSoo! TLDR: Skip console commands, just roll back the DLCCoast.esm to the non-cleaned version. One can find this file in the \Fallout 4\Data\FO4Edit Backups\ directory. It has to be renamed back to DLCCoast.esm, and placed into the Data folder.
  5. I refused to help The One right away so they all attacked me and I killed them. I found the only surviving elder and talked to him. Afterwards, my quest now says, "Star Forge System: You've rescued a Rakata being held prisoner by the One. Now that he's been saved, it is likely his tribe - the Elders - will help you find a way off this world. You should go speak to them in their enclave near the Temple of the Ancients." I've cleared all the maps on this planet that are currently open to me and I have no idea where the "enclave" is. I found the Temple but the front door is still blocked with an energy shield. I ran over to the obelisk and killed the Mandalorians, got their leader's head but since The One's encampment is empty, I can't do that side quest. I found a map maker in another area named "Red Encampment" or something but that has lightning between the statues that prevent me from entering that place. Now I'm just running in circles without a clue as to what to do next. Any help? PS: The only mod I'm running is The Comprehensive Kotor Bug fix Collection. Which didn't fix my issue of messengers not showing up for companion quests. I don't care about that anymore, I just want to beat the game since it's the first time I have played it. Thanks Edit: Sigh, "lightning between the statues that prevent me from entering that place" except the very front where you walk in and talk to a hologram...…….. Ignore this thread. I'm an idiot.
  6. I ran into the bug where the moth priest is permanently hostile. After the fight, he was kneeling down but I could still talk to him to move the quest forward. Back at Fort Dawnguard he was hostile to everyone. After Isran beat him down, I couldn't get the quest to move forward. After trying a bunch of console commands(set him to my faction, set him to Dawnguard faction, etc) to make him not attack anyone anymore, I just found the quest id and setstaged it to finish it. I finished the rest of Dawnguard with no problems but he was still hostile. I saw in another thread about setting his aggression through the console to 0 and that worked. So I thought everything was dandy now. But checking my papyrus logs revealed a reoccurring error which may or may not be from my use of the console.   7. 03 is probably Hearthfire, It is for me. I had the error before Hearthfire even came out, the LOS one that is, not the BYOHHouseBuilding stuff.
  8. I get the exact same error in my log but its repeated constantly even if I don't crash. Which causes my log files to be over 20 megs. My game is pretty unstable as well with random freezes and CTDs.
  9. This is what I'm more worried about than the ISP/ DNS thing (I can't open skyrim nexus from either link). The new version of NMM crashed right after it loaded the splash screen. I had to uninstall it and reinstall the old version just to play the game. Also this forum isn't adjusting the time correctly for DST, my post says 10:25 when its 9:25. And yes the option in my settings is set to adjust for DST. Edit: Ignore that, new version installed and runs fine today...
  10. I didn't have any mods that did that and I obviously had the problem still(I started this topic). I made a new character and talked to Sunny right after leaving Doc's house, I didn't take the quest but I just wanted to make sure she wasn't messed up again. Then did my Int implant run. That's how I fixed it, aka....I didn't fix it. I started over.
  11. I'm trying to upload images for the user images section of a mod. I click the upload your own images from the mod's page. Browse to their locations on my HD and give them titles. I click submit then get a page saying the images were uploaded successfully to the server. Now if I click on any of the 3 options on that page, I get a site error saying I do not have permission to do that. I check my own profile to manage images and it always says I have 0. I've tried this like 3 times over the past month. :wallbash: Thanks for any help. Edit: It appears to be only on one mod's page(AP) that I can't upload images. So no big deal. Consider this case closed.
  12. I get the same thing with another mod. I had 100 all skills before realizing what was going on. The trait is bugged itself, you can get +15 to all skills by getting the trait(+5) remaking your character when you run far enough away from Goodsprings(+5 more) and redoing your traits at The Sink in Old World Blues(+5 more). Mods seem to trigger this bug a ton. Having a level 4 character on a new playthrough with +100 all isn't very fun.
  13. That semi worked, when I talked to her after porting her to me outside she said the right thing there. But when I was supposed to shoot the 3 bottles, she just walked back into the saloon. I shot the 3 bottles, got quest credit, ran into the saloon and talked to Sunny. She said the correct thing again, offering me to follow her to clear out geckos or end tutorial. I chose to follow her but she never moved. I went outside and ported her back outside and she just stood there. Dialogue was back to that point where I started. So I /resurrected her and she walks back into the saloon. I enter the building, she appoaches me and says "Everything alright?". /sigh I appreciate the help but I think I'm gonna give up on this save. I wonder what caused it and if it will do it again on a new character that I will play the same way(Int implant run). +Kudos for the effort. :thumbsup:
  14. I just unchecked all .esm and .esp files in FoMM aside from FalloutNV and the 3 DLC's. She still says the same thing. Edit: I just made a new character and ran directly to Sunny, she's fixed then. So it's that specific save file. Cry....don't feel like doing another Int implant run...
  15. Aha! Thank you, guess I never tried to talk to her during it before. Odd. My quest is called Back in the Saddle. And it's objective is "Talk to Sunny Smiles in the Prospecter Saloon." Ok, just tried it, That completed the speaking to her part, then added the meet her behind the saloon, but she's still inside and when I run near her she auto-initiates the same dialogue as before. :confused:

  17. I just started a new character. I cleaned out the Doc's house then ran to Freeside, bought Naughty Nightware from Mick and then turned my 30ish caps into 4500ish at the Atomic Wrangler. Went over to the medical clinic and got my Int implant at level 1. Only discovered 3 locations, goodsprings, freeside east gate, clinic. Fast traveled back to Goodsprings and run into the Saloon for the Back in the Saddle quest. Sunny approaches me as soon as I enter and asks "Everything alright?" Then I get 2 dialogue options, "I wanted to ask you some questions" and "Nevermind". Clicking the first option has Sunny replying with "Well, let's just finish this first, all right? Then we can talk. Preferably somewhere where I can get a stiff drink and Cheyenne can keep cool." And that's it. Same options when talking to her again with the same reply. I have a quick save outside of the Saloon before ever meeting her or stepping foot into the building. A couple of questions, What the heck is she talking about? When does she ever say that line? I do have Sunny Smiles Companion mod installed but when I deactive it, it makes no difference. I'm trying from the quicksave outside of the saloon before I even meet her when troubleshooting this. Any advice on fixing her dialogue?   18. Thank you Rattlerx5150 for following up with how you fixed it. I had the same problem and Google was no help. I apparently loaded up my character with everything I stored in my wall safe at The Sink after finishing the DLC, I was carrying like 700 weight and decided to use Willow's(companion mod) hand radio to port me to her at Lucky 38. I'm assuming that's how I lost the stations as well. To quote you, "i used the transportalponder, went back to the drive in , all the stations were back". Thanks again
  19. Thanks, that works but it doesn't open a new page/tab like it says it does(at least for me). It goes to the "select a server" page but fullscreen on the orginal tab. Which means you have to hit back a couple of times to get back to the original mod page. I then saw that using the mouse wheel button on the download link opens it in a new tab just fine without changing the preference, which I tried earlier and it didn't work. But now for some reason I just tried clicking the link on the mod page....and it worked. No idea.... The info is appreciated though, thank you.
  20. i'm having the same problem, no mater what files i try to download, Same thing for me, using XP and IE8.. Edit: Right click the download link and click Copy Shortcut, paste in address bar. That works for me. Also disabling my custom hosts file(blocks ads) made no difference. Edit2: I have similar problems on another site I visit and its usually only me, 100 percent of the time it is from me still using Windows XP and IE8, The website programmer there is cool and cleans up the code so it works for me as well. Maybe someone from here will look into it. If you guy's don't have XP/IE8, then I have no idea. Use my workaround.
