Already did that like 4 times. Sadly, to no avail.

On the first quest, after I bring the Dragonstone to Farengar, there's an attack at the Western Watchtower, *run run run, fight fight fight* and the the dragon dies. Then when I reach the dragon, the dialogue for the guards "what's happening?" starts and then Irileth says "stand back!" but after that, I'm supposed to absorb the soul, but nothing happens. What do I do? kinda lost now because I can't finish the quest
