Been playing a pretty heavy modded Requiem roleplay playthrough for a while, and generally has been very stable with only 1 real CTD in 12 hours of playtime, but I have a huge problem with Ivarstead. When I travel towards the town, it becomes less and less detailed, with the roads and trees not even loading, until I reach the town and nothing is there. There is no bridge to cross, and only a few low-resolution buildings which I can't enter. Saving there crashes the game in an infinite freeze state, as is fast travel. I managed to coc into the town with console commands and it loads alright, with no crashes, but as soon as I leave it just vanishes. This is an horrendous bug and has basically ruined my playthrough as well as my RPing, and I have no idea what's causing this or how to fix it. Attached is my load order/plugins, as well as under spoiler tag. Tried the script cleaner to see if that was the problem but nothing wrong with the save files. Even going back much earlier in an older save doesn't fix it.

I'm having the exact same problem, no idea how best to fix it or what's causing it :(
