I would definitely install this mod if it was out there. I just wish I had the skills to do it myself. :sad:

That's exactly what I want too! I'm playing as a vampire/assassin using Belua Sanguinare Revisited and Predator Vision, and one of the abilities from sanguinare revisited is that you can extinguish torches and torch scones. At first I thought "Awesome, now I can make people afraid of the dark, knowing that when the light goes out, it means death!" Then I remembered, NPCs don't care in the slightest about the dark, let alone have the AI to be afraid and remember other peoples deaths... so basically it only makes MY life harder, which sucks. Also, I'm sick of having to use the predator vision to be able to see my enemies at night, when they can see me perfectly. So I want the NPCs to not see in the dark but I also want a mod that makes NPCs fear you, or the idea of you (not like attacking a stage 4 vampire) so they would need new dialogue etc. Of course I would do this myself but I well and truly don't have the skill. (I needed Step by Step instructions to CHANGE (I can't even make a new one properly) an existing mod slightly, and even then it took me 20 minutes instead of 2. Massive thanks to anyone who could do this.

I'm planning on making my first mod which will be called "Better Dragons." I plan on it making dragons spawn slightly more often, giving them a lot more health and armor, more damage etc. Only problem will be that, like other dragon mods, you can still just stagger a dragon constantly with a shield/spell and slowly kill him, so I want to make all dragons immune to stagger. So basically what I'm saying is, I want to be able modify dragon stagger resistance too! (Guess that's quicker :biggrin:) I'll be sure to post if I find out how
