  1. This will be a fairly detailed post, so please don't feel like you must read all of it in order to help. I simply posted as much information as I could in order to better assist those who may want to provide aid. I've been doing quite a bit of testing and tweaking and I feel like I've got a handle of most of the tweaks I could possibly do to improve my system performance, but I still can't seem to figure out this issue, which is that my GPU has constantly low usage, resulting in low FPS. I've done many test runs with Skyrim Performance Monitor, and it reports about an average of 30 for interiors, 40-45 for cities, and 60-65 for exteriors, which each area increasing in framerate along with the GPU usage. CPU usage is also consistently low, but it doesn't seem to be tied to my framerate much. VRAM and RAM are both consistently high ( 3200MB interior 5500MB exterior for VRAM, RAM usually is about the same as VRAM). I initally thought that this must be related to the VRAM limit since I'm using Windows 10, but after updating to Insider Build 16232 (this build fixes the DX9 issues for those unaware still), I still have extremely low GPU usage. Stability has increased, however, and I stutter a lot less since updating. I do know that this is tied to GPU usage, seeing as whenever my GPU usage does decide to go higher, my FPS increases significantly. Does anyone know what could be causing this? Hardware: Software: Load Order: skyrim.ini: skyrimprefs.ini: skse.ini: enblocal.ini: Additional Notes: To anyone who has made it to the end of this post or is willing to lend a helping hand, thank you very much. Your help is extremely appreciated.
  2. I'm in the process of creating a dual boot with Windows 7 and 10 and am thinking of moving my steam library to an external USB3.1C SSD and running my games off of there, but I was first curious as to what the community's experiences were like. I'm not too concerned about moving my steam library or the speed of my SSD, but I was curious to know whether or not my system might go bonkers if I were to partition my main SSD into two parts, install Windows 7 on one of these partitions while keeping Windows 10 on the other, and play certain games (ie. Skyrim) off of Windows 7 while using Windows 10 for the rest. How would my system respond? Would Windows 10 and 7 interfere with each other were they to be located on the same SSD (albeit separate partitions)? Thanks in advance, any answers are welcome and appreciated. ~Smexy
  3. It's good to know that the SSD likely won't be a bottleneck, thank you. I'm using Skylake, hopefully this doesn't affect anything. I appreciate your post, but I'm a bit confused. I understand 32-bit applications having a 4GB RAM limit, but if what you say is true, what about all the users reporting that switching over to Windows 7 from Windows 10 allowed them to use the full amount of VRAM that their GPUs hold?
  4. As the title suggests, I plan on making a dual boot system with my laptop (ASUS GL502VS), mainly for the purpose of bypassing the 4GB VRAM limit on DX9 applications (Skyrim). I've never done this before and while I figured I can just find a guide to installing a dual boot, I was wondering if anyone had some words of wisdom or answers to a couple questions because I am honestly and completely clueless. I plan to use Windows 10 as my main operating system as it was pre-installed onto my laptop when I bought it and occupies the main SSD. I've ordered an external SSD (USB 3.1 type C) to install Windows 7 and Skyrim onto. These are my main questions: Will an external SSD, even though it's connected via USB 3.1 type C (which is supposedly very fast) slow my game down? I've heard that USB 3.1 has speeds that can compete with internal SATA, but I know little more than this. How will I go about moving Skyrim over onto my external SSD? I'm guessing it won't function properly to simply drag and drop Skyrim and all of my mods (I use Mod Organizer) onto the SSD and hope that it will work? What will I have to do to make Skyrim and Mod Organizer function properly? Am I able to run only Skyrim off of my external SSD while running other Steam games off of my internal SSD, or will I have to install everything Steam-related onto my external drive? Despite Windows 10 being pre-installed on my internal SSD (I have no registration key or anything for it), is it possible to install it on my external SSD instead and install Windows 7 on my internal SSD? In addition to this, if you have any tips or advice based on the information you've read above, sharing it would be extremely appreciated. Thank you for your time.
  5. Inspired by Bevilex's graphical mod list, I decided to give Oblivion a go for the first time. I have some experience installing mods and using different plugins from Skyrim, although I'm nowhere near an expert. However, every time I press play game from the launcher, the screen goes black and it goes unresponsive. I followed Bevilex's mod list to the dot, and then I installed some other gameplay enhancing mods after that, in which I read through and installed all the requirements and patches and such (as well as checked for compatibility issues). I've sorted everything with BOSS, I have no missing masters (except for the Cobl files that were merged in Wrye Bash which are apparently supposed to be that way), I've made my bashed patch with Wrye Bash, and I've generated LODs with TES4Edit. The only edits I made the Oblivion.ini are those that I was instructed to do by Oblivion Reloaded and Bevilex's mod list. Can anyone be of assistance? I'm not quite sure what to do, and I'd love to have to avoid uninstalling everything again and reinstalling it once more. Here is my load order from Wrye Bash: Active Mod Files:
  6. I would also suggest using tools such as Save Game Cleaner and Save Game Script Cleaner (after reading about them and making sure you know what they do) in order to clean your saves. Save bloat is a very common cause of crashes, and many have had success with these tools in making their playthroughs much smoother. Also, if you're like me, and absolutely hate vanilla combat because it's easy as hell, I recommend checking out some of these mods to make combat more difficult/balanced: Ultimate Combat Combat Evolved SkyTweak (generally a good mod, can do a lot more than alter combat) Revenge of the Enemies High Level Enemies PermaZones If you're experiencing issues on an older save and less on a newer save, although this could be a huge range of problems, save bloat is even more worthwhile to take care of before it gets bad. I recommend starting an entirely new game without Deadly Combat (Deadly Combat's issue is directly related to save bloat) and seeing how it goes. The mods I posted above should have no issues with Save Bloat if used correctly, and I honestly think they're better than Deadly Combat anyways. If your issue is, indeed, directly related to Deadly Combat, I can almost guarantee that down the road your game will begin having frequent CTDs again.
  7. A little more info on when you are crashing to desktop would be helpful. Is it when you encounter something specific? Is it when you go somewhere or talk to someone? Is it as soon as you get into the game? Other than that, while I don't know all of the mods in your load order, here are some problematic ones: Deadly Combat - probably the most dangerous mod in your LO, read more as to why here. Killable Children - old and known to cause some people issues, may also not work properly with Immersive Citizens Killable Essential Characters - ditto, although seems to work better than Killable Children Convenient Horses - this is a hit or miss; some people have issues, some people don't whatsoever, up to you whether to use or not, if you're worried you can try using Immersive Horses instead Lastly, if you're not using Sharlikran's patch for JaySuS Swords, then that is also a big issue, and you need to go download it now if you want to keep using that mod. If you really want to keep killing all the characters that vanilla Skyrim doesn't want you to, then there are most definitely other mods on the Nexus for that type of thing, and I'm sure you can find them quite easily. EDIT- Open Cities can also be a big performance sucker, so if you haven't already, I would look into ENBoost and other tools outlined in Skyrim performance guides.
  8. I like the idea of being a vampire, but it also felt very off to me when I was playing, and I always found myself getting more irritated by the debuffs from daylight rather than accepting them because I had some cool vampire powers. In the end, I didn't really use vampirism much, and I like the extra benefits that go with the Dawnguard. Plus, at least half of the guys in the Volkihar castle are total pricks. I say get the "Undeath" mod if you want some cool necromancer powers. Plus, as a character who also really likes marksmanship, the Dwarven crossbow is nice.
  9. Under the compatibility forum on ETaC's page, it states that Expanded Towns and Cities is compatible and "safe to use" with Interesting NPCs. Sometimes, LOOT suggests patches for things that don't actually need patches, and unless it is actually an error that LOOT is giving you, rather than a simple note on the mod, I would try running both mods after backing up your Skyrim folders and your saves, so that if anything does go wrong, you can easily reverse the situation. If you want to check even more, you can open up both mods in TES5Edit and see if there are any overlapping edits between the mods that suggest incompatibility. From personal experience, I can say that I have used both mods together, without any sort of patch, and they worked well. An extra unrelated note: Immersive Citizens and ETaC are not compatible, so don't use them together if you were planning to.
  10. On my last playthrough (unfortunately I don't have the files or mods anymore) I found/bought a spell tome for summoning/conjuring Dwarven Spheres. I don't think it belonged to a big spellpack because the only one I was using was Apocalypse and I don't see it listed there. I also wasn't using any type of dwemer or Dwarven robots mod, so I wasn't quite sure which mod added it. Anyone know? The spell also had a legitimate magicka cost, unlike the vanilla console-added spell. Thanks much, ~Smexy
  11. To Micalov, whomever you may be: I won't do it again, no worries. I didn't know it was against the rules, but now I do, so thank you. I do hope you be careful with that, as if you disable them randomly, you'll probably get missing master errors (and removing mods in the middle of a playthrough is rarely a good thing). So, go ahead and try, just don't make a save until you know that's the issue I appreciate your concern; :) I always back up before I test/enable/disable anything. It seems that after about a week of playing Skyrim, SexLab decided that after all the stuff I've gone through, it didn't like me anymore. At least, that's my belief so far. I tried disabling all SexLab related esm files (mainly the main framework and Defeat, and not through the MCM menus), and so far, I haven't had any load crashes. Maybe disabling them simply took a load off of my game and it was able to function better; I'm not quite sure yet. Either way, I haven't had a single CTD thus far and I've advanced on a bunch of the main questlines since I disabled them. It's a bit of a shame since I actually used SexLab, but I might try reinstalling it for some more testing and see how my game does.
  12. Do you happen to be loading it directly from the main menu? If so, try to load into a save you know works, then loading into the save that doesn't. That's an issue with games that have too many mods active (mine has around 500 currently, so I have to do this every time, or I crash every single time). When a save has too much to load off the bat, it crashes. Instead, if you load into a save with less to load (I have to load into the starting room in Alternate Start; literally anything else crashes), it is more reliable. It doesn't sound like this is the issue for you, cause it seems like you've been trying that, but I figured I might as well mention it Yes, I thought of that as well, but it seems that no matter how I try to load the saves, it crashes. I'm going to try disabling the esm files of some potentially more problematic mods for some testing, and I'll report back here. I also have this same discussion going on <snip> Please do not link that site again. Micalov.
  13. Thank you for your help and reply. I had no idea that SGSC could do this too, I only really used it when I needed to remove a mod, so I'm grateful for the extra tip that can help decrease my save size. Unfortunately, I tried doing what you mentioned (removed 64kb of data though, yay!), but it would still crash at the end of loading. I looked back at SGSC to see if their were any orphan scripts as well (although like you, I doubted this was a script problem), and there were none. I also fairly regularly clean my saves with the Save Game Cleaner as well, and that hasn't helped thus far.
  14. Not quite sure why, but recently I've started having random crashes when trying to load certain saves. I can usually play a good number of hours without crashing for any reason, and I can usually load up said the latest save from before I crashed and it will be fine. Despite this, recently, I've been crashing even when loading saves I've played beyond. For example, I recently loaded up my game (very normally), traveled from Solitude to Pinemoon Cave, killed a dragon, cleared out Pinemoon Cave, traveled back to Solitude to buy some spell books, traveled to Ustengrav, and got to the start of Ustengrav Depths before I had to leave and then save my game. However, when I tried to reload my latest save, it didn't work. It would crash at the end of loading on all of my saves between that play session, and I had to go back to Solitude before I cleared out Pinemoon Cave. I then played and got even further, but I died near the end of Ustengrav Depths, and when it tried to load my latest save, my game crashed. My computer has been handling all of my mods and settings quite well, and I've been running at a fairly constant 40-60fps with very little stuttering. I haven't installed any mods recently, and the overwhelming majority of the mods that I have were installed before I started a new game, which was about five-six days ago. I've installed about three very small mods since then, but they were near the start of my playthrough, and I've had no troubles with them. In addition, I installed one more mod (No Auto-Aim) two days ago, and I have also had no trouble with that (thought I would mention because the crashes started two-three days ago, even though they haven't been often, and most of the time, I can successfully load my game). Everything has been sorted with LOOT and everything that needs to be cleaned has been cleaned with TESVEdit. I also use RealVision Performance ENB w/ENBoost, if that helps at all. Load Order Latest Papyrus Log I would love to get this issue sorted out, so if you have any ideas or help, they would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Lukas ~Smexy
  15. I'm experiencing a large splotch of light on my character that varies in size, and I can confirm that it's due to my ENB (I've disabled it in-game and the splotches went away). It mostly happens in third person, and the splotch is always on top of my character, but sometimes fades away after a short amount of time if I'm not moving the angle. I'm assuming this happens in a wide variety of locations, but I've just started my game, so I haven't been to many areas. I've tested it inside in Whiterun, outside in Whiterun, and outside Whiterun. It happens in all of these places. If I play around with the third person angle, it sometimes disappears, but if you change it from that angle, it will reappear. Sometimes it also occurs in first person, but I've only seen it happen when facing east when the sky is not being blocked by a building (at night, mind you). I use Stakado's ENB - Real version on top of the memory fixes (not the graphical fixes) from ENBoost. Here are some images: Third Person- One, Two First Person- One I also tried deleting a line from enbeffect.fx (line 418) according to sniplol's post on the ENBSeries forums, but that didn't work. This is the line: I'd be super appreciative if you could help with this. I have no idea what could be causing it. Thank You, Lukas ~Smexy EDIT: It seems this is two glitches, split up into the first person glitch and the third person glitch. I don't have any more info on the first person glitch, but it seems the third person glitch relates to the Sotteta Huntress Armor. Deserter X has a downloadable fix for those with the glow on his page. I use the CBBE conversion by Mitosuke though, and the glow fix needs to overwrite files from the conversion in order to work properly. I did that, and the glow stopped, but the armor has some heavy clipping with your character as a result. I used Bodyslide to re-convert the armor files to work with my body, and it worked, but now the glow is back. It'd be a shame to part with this armor since the CBBE HDT version looks incredibly good. If anyone has any ideas for this, they'd be very welcome.
  16. I see, I'll probably delete OBIS, and I'll check out the Recorder scripts. Thank you for the suggestions, I appreciate it :)
  17. EDIT- Warnings and errors are in the (large) Papyrus log, but I'm not quite sure how to make sense of them. I recently got into Skyrim again, and after getting quite a bit of issues all sorted out and making sure my mods are compatible, I started playing. I have a decently large list of mods, but to my knowledge, there are no compatibility issues, and everything has been sorted, checked, and cleaned with the latest versions of TES5Edit and LOOT. I run Skyrim on: Windows 7 Ultimate i7 3770K Quad Core GTX 660 Ti 2GB 8GB DDR3 RAM 250GB SSD w/54GB free space My settings are on Ultra except for Shadows (turned to low; read on a much older post that this fixed CTDs for many people, thought I would try). I have the latest version of Skyrim, Dawnguard, and the Official High-Res Textures, as well as the unofficial patches for all of these. My game runs quite smoothly and my fps is quite good, apart from occasional stuttering and random CTDs. I've installed ENBSeries/Boost as well, but it didn't do much, so I overwrote it with Stakado's ENB, with seemed to give me less CTDs, and make my game look nicer. I've also optimized Skyrim, my computer, my computer's memory, and my CPU according to Skyrim Project Stability. I've also installed the latest versions of Skyrim Startup Memory Editor, Fores New Idles for Skyrim, Skyrim Script Extender, Rogue Script Remover, and Safety Load. Seeing as I just started my game this morning, I haven't had much exposure to mods except for those that alter the game from the beginning (textures, animations, races, gameplay changes, etc.). Although, this probably doesn't mean much, since those mods I haven't been exposed to yet are installed anyways. I've only made it so far as Bleak Falls Barrow, and my game has crashed within 2-6 minutes of entering it several times. Before this, I've had occasional CTDs, but they haven't been as frequent or persistent. I use Nexus Mod Manager to download, install, and manage my mods. Due to everything running smoothly apart from my CTDs, I find it difficult to believe that I am unable to run the mods I currently am (especially since not too many of them are huge mods that change a ton of stuff). However, being the mostly-novice modder that I am, I could be incorrect about any number of things. Other than that, here are two copies of my SkyrimPrefs.ini (one from games folder and one from steam folder, not sure which one matters, so I'll put both here), as well as my load order from LOOT: SkyrimPrefs from /my games/skyrim/: SkyrimPrefs from /common/skyrim/skyrim/: Load Order from LOOT: EDIT- Important part here: After enabling my Papyrus log and crashing once more, a giant log was created. I honestly don't know how to make sense of it, but I see some warnings relating to Serana, Wearable Lanterns, Hunting in Skyrim (although I uninstalled it previously), something that starts with SF, and something relating to Spell Crafting. I'm going to post the entire log (all from one play and crash) here. Help is extremely welcomed, as I'm not sure what to do about these (don't even know what SF is, for that matter): Due to the massive Papyrus log, I'm wondering whether or not it would simply be faster to reinstall everything from scratch. If so, is there anything I should avoid installing? I'm also guessing that some of these errors may have come from me installing some mods in the process and then uninstalling them later. If you think any additional information would be useful for solving this, please tell me and I'll try to post it here. As I've tried a number of things, am quite a novice modder (I apologize, I'm still learning and new to all of this), and would like to play my game without constant annoyance, any help would be greatly appreciated, whether it be something I have to install once or do manually before each start-up. Thank You, Lukas ~Smexy
  18. Thank you smoky0mcpot for the reply. Most of all, the Bodyslide tips were helpful, as I am still shaky in that area. Overall, this whole topic was solved on Loverslab. If it interests you, the answers and more are here. Lukas ~Smexy
  19. Well, I am a bit confused, and I haven't actually encountered a problem, but I anticipate doing so (though I am not sure). As this confusion is related to mods, I decided that even though I have not encountered a problem, I felt that this section of the forums was the best to post this in. I'm assuming that if you clicked on this, you probably know what all of the terms in the title mean, but for fluency's sake, I'll put them here: CBBE- Caliente's Beautiful Bodies Edition; a female body mod HDT- Refers to the physics extension made for the Havok engine BBP/TBBP- (Tender) Breast and Butt Physics; refers to the mod made for HDT in this post XPMS- XP32 Maximum Skeleton- a skeleton mod Followers- Generally refers to modded followers in this post This post mainly contains my concerns about whether or not my current setup will work with followers that have TBBP skeletons. Everything said past this point is my take on things, and may or may not be correct. Please, please correct me if I am incorrect. Even when I say "I know," I don't actually know for sure. I know that since HDT and XPMS can work together, but are naturally conflicting, I need to delete skeleton_female.hkx in /character assets female/ due to HDT and XPMS both supporting TBBP. This will allow HDT to take over and do the physics work. Despite this, do followers that support CBBE, XPMS, and BBP/TBBP need to have their skeletons deleted for HDT to work? I feel that it is possible, seeing as the Succubus Race Perfect Body option in its installer needs CBBE, HDT, HDT TBBP, and XPMS to function correctly. Here is an example, for clarity's sake. This will probably clear up everything in my question: The follower Tania the Hermit supports CBBE, TBBP, and XPMS. Despite this, the author makes no mention of HDT. The author refers to two things that stand out in the "Install and Usage" section. 1) The author says that Tania's body is BBP supported, and she has her own XPMS skeleton. Thus, she needs a skeleton in /character assets female/ that supports BBP as well. Is her skeleton and the skeleton of female vanilla NPCs taken care of by HDT if I delete both her skeleton, and the main skeleton_female? Or, does HDT continue to work for Tania when Tania's skeleton is still present, but skeleton_female has been deleted? OR, does Tania, along with female vanilla NPCs, work with HDT TBBP when both her skeleton and skeleton_female are present? OR maybe none of this works at all, and Tania is incompatible with HDT? 2) The author mentions that TBBP animations need to be installed in the female animations folder. I assume that HDT TBBP takes care of this, since it expands on the Havok engine in order to add TBBP animations/physics. This ties into my questions for 1). Does this mean Tania is compatible with HDT? If so, what do I do with her skeleton file, and the skeleton_female file? This question expands to followers similar to Tania that may or may not support HDT, but do support CBBE, TBBP, and XPMS. However, you can say that the big question from this post is "Am I doing anything wrong to make followers compatible with HDT TBBP, CBBE, and XPMS, and if I am, how do I fix that? I would be forever appreciative if this was cleared up, as I'd like to avoid any mod issues or crashing before I start a new game. Thank you, Lukas ~Smexy
  20. No, the last pic is good only on that single NPC. I have yet to encounter a single NPC besides her who doesn't have weird breasts without their clothes off. Also yes, all of my armor mods support CBBE and BBP/TBBP. This worked! Apparently the mod "Feminine Running and Dash Animation" came with a skeleton that FNIS registered as CHSBHC and that overwrote the XPMSE skeleton. Thank you very much! Also, this isn't as big of a concern to me, but when my Temptress followers are standing up, they have a weird area around their hips that has no texture. I added all of the files from CBBE to their mod so they would have CBBE bodies instead of their normal UNP ones, and that worked, but they now have this weird hip area. If you know, should I put a UNP file back and leave the rest CBBE? I replaced the female folder from textures and everything from the meshes folder that the temptress mod came with. Again, thank you so much! This is much much better, I greatly appreciate it.
  21. This still doesn't work for me. I'll eventually go back and try reinstalling everything again including my game, but I've already done that once and nothing changed so I'm not really expecting any miracles. About to check new posts on my thread, stay tuned (I guess?). EDIT: Fixed. If you install any mods that replace ANY skeleton related files that XPMSE has installed, don't overwrite XPMSE. 1st person skeleton overwrites are okay, the rest are not.
  22. I'm actually not an expert at this whatsoever, so please don't take my word as law and backup anything before you try it. I'm having a similar issue at the moment, only that I've threaded through lots of causes and narrowed it down to pretty much one; I still don't know how to fix this one issue though. Well, first of all: The HDT BBP mod requires the extended version of XMPS (XPMSE) to work, so that would be your first issue unless you simply didn't mention that you were already using the extended version. Uninstall HDT, HDT BBP, CBBE, Bodyslider 2, and XMPS, and try reinstalling them like this: Realistic Ragdolls and Force (required for XPMS/XPMSE if you don't already have it) RaceMenu (generally helpful and required for some of these mods; I would get it) FNIS (if you don't already have it) XPMSE (overwrite Realistic Ragdolls when it asks) HDT Physics HDT BBP (overwrite HDT if it asks) CBBE Bodyslider 2 Then try running Bodyslider like you did previously, and run FNIS (found in data\tools (FNISforUsers)) (check the skeleton arm fix box) before launching Skyrim. I've tried the exact same thing except with a few more mods, and I'm still having the issue. Again, don't take my word as law. However, I've read that people have done the exact same thing and it's worked perfectly, so who knows? Also, get BOSS if you don't already have it. It's quite helpful. Hope this helped. If it didn't, I'll update you when I (presumably) find a solution.
  23. I may have found the problem, but I'm not sure. XP32 is the only skeleton I have installed, so I'm not sure why FNIS is saying this or if FNIS is supposed to be saying this, but when I run FNIS, it loads like this: FNIS Behavior V5.1.1 11/8/2014 12:42:58 AMSkyrim: 1.9.32.0 - C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim (Steam) Skeleton female: CHSBHC (107 bones) male: Unknown (129 bones)Patch: "SKELETON Arm Fix" The part about the female skeleton being CHSBHC is what concerns me. Shouldn't this be XP32? Clarification would help greatly; thank you very much. EDIT: Huge apology for the triple post. I have no excuse for that. EDIT 2: I uninstalled XP32, HDT and related mods, as well as CBBE and related mods and reinstalled them in this order:XP32 (extended)HDTHDT related modsCBBECBBE related mods(then did BodySlide again using CBBE HDT body and ALSL preset) I ran FNIS after this and still got a message saying that the female skeleton being used is CHSBHC.Also, some additional in-game screenshots (for some reason, Aurora's breasts are glitched while in armor, but without armor they are totally fine; this only happens to Aurora):NSFW: http://imgur.com/a/79Mpj EDIT 3: I tried uninstalling everything, and then installed normal XP32 skeleton, HDT Physics, and CHSBHC BBP instead of HDT TBBP. I ended up getting the exact same issue in game.I ran FNIS before the game, and the female skeleton still said CHSBHC, although the male skeleton had changed to XPMS instead of Unknown. As I've stated many times, I'm pretty new to modding, but based on this I'm guessing that the problem is either with HDT Physics (doubtful) or with the female skeleton being CHSBHC and having a mere 107 bones instead of the 200+ that XP32's skeleton boasts. Despite installing the XP32 skeleton both times and not overwriting it with anything, FNIS still says that the female skeleton is CHSBHC; I would like to change this to say XPMS like I'm guessing it should. Anyone know a fix? Thanks much.
  24. Any more insight? I already did this and nothing's changed. Thanks a lot though, I appreciate the reply.
  25. I already did that though and I'm still having the breast glitch. Could it be an issue with load order? Also, in case I do uninstall and reinstall the mods most likely causing the glitch, is it okay to do that through NMM without reinstalling the game or starting a new game?
