GOT IT!!! I can't believe that in all the comments I've read on this mod, in NO PLACE have I ever seen that you should equip the flying spell and use it as a shout.

I downloaded porrones Flying Mod Beta quite some time ago but was never able to get it to work, at all. I purchased the Tomb from the mage in Dragonsreach but only ever saw hash marks in the stats slots next to the spell in my list. I haven't played in quite some time but created a new character a week or so ago and decided to give Skyrim another run through. I'm VERY early in the game, level 7 and suddenly after fast traveling to a camp just outside Riverwood, I'm flying. Not sure what triggered it but I kept the save just before I fast traveled and each time I fast travel to that camp from that save point I get the same thing. When I arrive, I'm flying. A little later in the game I had the same issue. Just after entering a mine I found myself flying. I've looked EVERYWHERE and have found NOTHING going into any detail as to how to use this mod. Can ANYONE tell me what I'm doing or not doing to properly activate this mod? Simply having the spell in my list and attempting to cast it does nothing and yet the ability is obviously available to me if only I knew what I was doing to activate it.

Just started playing and LOVE Skyrim AND this community! And as mentioned, the mods are utterly AMAZING!

I'd never have pulled it off without Lydia Nodtveidt. She so rocks I'd likely have married her...had I not just met Lisette in the street of Solitude. I'll probably continue questing and killing with Lydia and leave Lisette to looking after my house and dog. :P

So I rolled into Solitude in the dark of night. My girl Lydia and I run up the first guard tower inside the gate and fade into the shadows on the city wall. Just as the executioner is about to give Roggvir the axe, we unleash a fury of arrows killing the executioner, the head of the guards and everyone else dumb enough to draw a sword or bow and look up. In the ensuing chaos Roggvir runs off and we lose him. First of all I'd like to know if there's any point to saving him and if so, where can we find him? I'm guessing our kind and risky deed deserves some sort of reward but the guy has understandably made himself pretty scarce. At this point I'm wondering if I wouldn't have been better off letting his head roll and looting his corpse to sell his clothes for the couple of measly coins I might be able to get for them, though the executioner and guards have some decent loot. However, there's something pretty irresistible to me about a perfectly executed stealth strike against ridiculously overwhelming odds. Has anyone done this and then been successful in finding him again? Thanks.

Thanks Pushkatu. Clearly shooting for the understatement of the year award with, "it's got plenty". Can't believe all the mods and virtually endless play options available in Skyrim. I already KNOW I'll be checking out the earlier games very soon. This is just stooopid man. I soooooooo love it! Was so stoked to find that though she's not on the marrying list, someone here has come up with a way for me to marry Lisette! Everytime I think I want something the game doesn't offer I come here and find one of the outstanding modders has already addressed my issue! Couldn't be happier with the game, the mods and this incredible site! Obviously, I'm pretty damned happy to be here. Thanks again. :biggrin:

I'm pretty new to the game and have been stomping around killing as if it were my business with my girl Lydia...thought about marrying her but once we finally made our way to Solitude and I ran into Lisette in the streets I was totally rocked by her AND she's a singer as am I in RL so what could be more perfect?! Hi everyone! Totally new here and thought I'd introduce myself. Just started playing Skyrim having played NONE of the earlier games. And aside from being overwhelmed in game, a condition I often suffer from early on in open ended sandbox games like this, AND even more overwhlemed by all the amazing mods created for the game, I'm TOTALLY LOVING IT! I made another OP in the Mod Request section found here: http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/1019093-newbelicious-and-totally-overwhelmed/ and since this isn't the place for it I won't go into detail but rather ask that anyone with a little time on their hands and a desire to help a noobie check it out and shoot me some suggestions. Not even sure where to start. First of all this game is STOOPID awesome! All the more so now that I'm checking out some of the amazing mods you've all made for the game. I guess I'm looking for some suggestions on a few mods I'd like to find and use so I'll let you know what I'm looking for. First off, I'd like a better map. I've seen a few that look pretty cool, more detailed, roads mapped out etc. but as I'm not a programmer or a modder I'm confused with all the acronyms you all use when describing which mods work with which versions of the game, thus the source of much of my "overwhelming" confusion. I'd also like a better menu system. The favorites button is okay but really not so much. It's just not very user friendly or even useful in the heat of the moment. I've also read some stuff here and there about "sorters". I'm hella Gamer OCD and like to know where all my stuff is so this one is critical. I pick up and keep nearly every book I see unless I'm POSITIVE I already have it but want to be able to find them again later. So with out reorganizing each and every book shelf I own each time I try to add to my library I'm screwed. I suppose that's it for now. I have the NMM and have successfully used it to get a sexier Lydia (my Whiterun housecarl) but have had no success in getting her some sexier clothes using the "Casual bikini, shoes, gloves, stockings for UNP UNPB BBP CBBE ADEC" mod. I've also been able to use "Calientes Female Body Mod Big Bottom Edition -CBBE- but the only reason I know it's working properly is because Adrienne's dead corpse is currently lying in the street outside my house and when I load the mod and then run out and take her clothes she's way more stacked than without the mod. I've not been able to run a similar test with Lydia as even when I take everything she's carrying, she's still wearing some peasant's dress. Oh, that reminds me, any downside to taking all the gold my housecarl is carrying? Aside from what I've mentioned, I've not altered the original game whatsoever so far. I know this is a ton of rambling billshut but any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks in advance.
