  1. I'm having an issue with New Vegas after modding it that makes certain quests completely impossible (most of them modded in) in that certain NPC's don't have any dialogue options in that I can't actually talk to them. Instead of entering dialogue, I simply get the unvoiced response of "Go away, bleeder!" Now normally I only get this for random NPC's just walking around that don't really have important dialogue anyway, but so far I've encountered two modded quests that simply cannot be completed because of this bug, the most recent one being For The Enclave because I can't talk to the quartermaster and get my power armor. I've looked up this bug in other places, but I've only seen it in regards to Fawkes in Fallout 3 with Tale of Two Wastelands and A World of Pain. While I *do* have TTW installed, I *don't* have A World Of Pain installed, and Fawkes wasn't one of the NPC's I ever had any problems talking to. So I don't see what the issue is. If there's any way to fix this, that would be excellent to know.
  2. Last night I started having issues using Vortex to download mods for Skyrim Special Edition. This always happens on occasion so I wasn't too upset by it, however this afternoon I tried downloading mods again and it didn't work. It would acknowledge that I had queued the files up for download, but would instantly fail after ten seconds of queuing without actually attempting to download. I switched over to New Vegas to see if your servers were down, and New Vegas mods were downloading fine. I switched over to trying to download some Skyrim Special Edition files manually and it would time out every time, redirecting me to a page saying the connection failed. I tried this with multiple browsers, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome and even Opera and it simply never worked. After restarting my internet and my computer several times each and logging out and logging back in repeatedly didn't work, I attempted to uninstall Vortex itself, and then reinstall it to see if that fixed it. The only problem is that now I can't even download Vortex, either, regardless of what web browser I am using. As a last ditch effort I tried to create another account to at least download the app and even THAT didn't work. I'm assuming I'm the only person having this problem as I can't find any other information on it whatsoever. Any idea on how I can fix this or what the problem might even be?
