No. I even started a new play through. Is another mod interfering with it?

I know I'm a bit behind the times. I just down loaded this mod through my xbox one, it's a great one but I've hit a snag, I have gotten Ellen to the point to where she wants to go to Quincy to find her maps but I'm not getting a marker for it.
