  1. Bit late of a reply (8000 years late), but has anyone made a quest mod for this yet? (not danse dilemma) Like a way to convince Maxon that Danse is not a synth? Institute is known for lying so it wouldn't be that much of a stretch. Also I'm not sure why Danse staying in the Brotherhood would prevent the PC from being promoted to Paladin, after all the player does, being trusted to infiltrate the Institute, kill the RR, boot up Optimus Prime, plus theres loads of paladins walking around and crashing out of vertibirds, it can't be that hard to keep the promo with all those empty Paladin spots to fill. There are tons of quest mods for other factions, and unrelated, but mods that change the entire questline of Skyrim and their factions. Why has this not been done yet after 9 years?
  2. The short of it; I want to somehow implement a way to Fail Blind Betrayal while also keeping any rewards (namely the Paladin promotion) The end result of the change would be avoiding Blind Betrayal all together, Personally the quest feels a bit forced, and even intrusive upon the main story in a way, since it has zero impact on the end result, as if thrown in half assed. Not only that, but the story and reasoning of this particular quest is lined with some plot holes that don't jive with me. If I could remove it in a similar halfassed manner to keep my promotion and Danse in the Mess Hall when I pass by, I'll be GUCCI.
  3. I'm not sure if this is the topic area for this, but I've been looking into porting more armors from FO4 to Skyrim, however, the biggest wall that I encounter in this endeavor are male armors, and the hands and gloves of both sexes. Are there any conversion references out there or guides for gloves specifically? I'm positive I'll just have to wing it on the male armors, or tag some (most) of the armor I convert as female only, which kinda sucks. But those gloves are a nigh impassable roadblock for me.
  4. All was well, then suddenly I got hit with this error: Unhandled USVFS proxy exception line 112 the system cannot find the file specified ERROR(2012): Could not generate: defaultfemale.hkx defaultmale.hkx weapequip.hkx staggerbehavior.hkx sprintbehavior.hkx shout_behavior.hkx magicmountedbehavior.hkx magicbehavior.hkx magic_readied_direction_behavior.hkx 1hm_locomotion.hkx 1hm_behavior.hkx 0_master.hkx I unchecked force load libraries for FNIS, and disabled any mod that may effect the skeletons or behaviors, ran FNIS, it worked. So I then enabled the mods one at a time, running FNIS after each one, no issues... Everything ran smooth, 25% chance to CTD, nothing out of the ordinary. Still confused as to what caused it. After restarting MO2 and checking everything over again, it rechecked the Force Load Libraries, so I ran FNIS with it checked, and it ran fine again with no issues. Still not sure what could have caused it.
  5. Would it be possible to add the spell breaker enchantment to armor? It gives the option in the CK, but I was wondering if it would do anything or cause issues?
  6. As the title says, I have the main conversion of the armor down, but I'm hoping to convert a whole set. Only issue I'm having, is converting the helmet, boots, and gloves. Since FO4 has their pieces separated into Left foot, Right foot, right arm, left arm (ECT) I'm not sure how I'd go about merging them into a pair within or for outfit studio. Never mind the fact that outfit studio doesn't have a conversion reference for either FO4 feet or helmets (unless there is somewhere) :pinch:
  7. This is like realllly late of a reply, but does anyone know how to convert the helmet, boots, and gloves? They're separate pieces so I have no idea how to merge them into a single set. Also bodyslide doesn't have a conversion for helmets so I'm timid on doing so right away.
  8. Like the title says. I'm either blind, can't read, or I can't just find a simple mod that allows members of the Companions to be hired or recruitable earlier. All I can find are complete entire overhauls of the companions themselves and Jorrvaskr, (I'm just really not interested in those) There can even be quest triggers (absolutely not necessary but hey) After completing For Honor, you can: recruit any of the lesser members (Including Vignar) After completing The Silver Hand, you can: recruit members from The Circle (and even Kodlak) After completing Glory of The Dead, members will have: the usual Harbinger dialogue.
  9. To quote another mod maker; "Have you ever wanted to have a wife so deep in the dark arts that her appearance exudes an aura of matronly experience and otherworldly power? Have you ever been frustrated with the lack of marriagable hagravens in the base game? I'm just wondering what, if any, mods there are that alter the quest: A Night To Remember I've always felt it a bit odd that the NPCs in Morvunskar are hostile. Or that you can't marry Moira. Its heavily hinted that Morvunskar is the place where the "wine flows like water" You'd think they'd be elated to see the DB come back. Its a not so simple mod request, but perhaps there could be a few quest triggers/tweeks. Such as; When you go to the bride to be, Moira, to retrieve the ring, you can actually choose to follow through with the "consummation of love" choosing to follow through would trigger the Maramal wedding ceremony. The bed in the shack would then be the second trigger for the wedding quest (making you wait 24 hours) The location for this particular wedding being Morvunskar of course, you then bring Moira to Morvunskar, doing so would make the NPCs within friendly towards the Player. Once inside, the poor bastard Maramal is waiting at the top of the stairs where the portal opens, to wed the Player and Moira, as he would at the temple of Mara, finishing the Wedding Ceremony. With the NPCs within (and whoever else decides to show up) as the witnesses. (I once had a troll show up at a wedding, not sure how that happened) After the usual wedding ceremony, the Player then owns Witchmist Grove, and can choose to send Moira back there or have her live in Breezehome or wherever your house happens to be. After all wedding dialogue is used up, the portal to Misty Grove opens and the quest finishes as per usual but with the NPCs in Morvunskar then remaining neutral/friendly to the DB. You then return to Ysolda with 2k gold to tie up the loose ends. If you decide to kill Moira for the ring, or just take it and leave to Morvunskar, the NPCs in Morvunskar will then be hostile as per usual with no changes made. (You just killed the bride to be, even some Daedra worshipers have standards)
  10. I know there are other mods like More Werewolves But it doesn't quite do it for me. I looked at leveled/spawn list creators and such but I can't seem to wrap my head around them. The concept I had planned was to simply add werebeasts to vanilla Wolf and Bear spawns. After level 10, Wolves and packs of Wolves have a chance of spawning with a werewolf/wolves, with the difficulty/type of werewolf increasing as the players level increases. Same with Bears and Werebears, but at higher levels of course.
  11. I have recently come across some assets, and in hopes of making the mod myself and being the first to make an actual good Spriggan mod, I downloaded several programs, blender, gimp, niftools, creationkit, the whole nine yards, as soon as I opened them up I was god-smacked with how complicated it all was, I tried, I really did. The thoughts of Nectarine Tits giving me the energy to read and watch several guides for two days. All I wanted was plant tits. And don't worry, the authot of the assets gives permissions to Tier 3 subs, so as long as no one says anythin- Pirate A more competent man (or woman) will have to embark on this task. For I cannot. I'm a dumbass. I will leave the untouched files, as well as whatever I managed to do myself with my limited brain power here. All in hopes someone can deliver unto us Kynes Woody Boob. This fellow managed to give the Spriggans jiggly bits, but they look exactly the same as the base game Spriggans (great modder though). This man managed to combine the NPC body with the Atronachs. However it looks like s***. We can surely do more, and using only the techniques implied by Spriggans Revised and the Sap Mommy from KBBArt (great artist actually). I will leave the link to Loverslab because file limitations.
