Anyone out trying to start a fresh game and get it set up and running well and having problems? Like i am than chime in. please with input. Am i missing something or is there some new mods out there not or did they do something on steam to prevent game modding?

I can't get any of the old mods to work in skyrim? Race Menu, Ui and even the legendary patch isn't working. Is there something i don't know that happened to skyrim modding i haven't played in a year or so. Race menu added extension and sliders will not install. Skyrim Legendary patch will kinda of install with files taken out that may be vital. Anyone experience this. So the 3 basic skyrim mods Skyrim UI, Skyrim Race menu, Skyrim legendary patch, witch most others are based on are not working. Custom character creation is the basis for a immersive experience so it would be an essential mod to the game and most would agree. I got the presets to work but with no height and arms and specific face mods working. What do i do. is there something i don't know.
