Flannagill

I am fairly new to skyrim modding. It all worked well untill i got crazy and installed a lot of mods(10 or something). Now every time start up the launcher and click DATA FILES there is nothing in it. And when i start with SKSE the menu says there are items/mods missing. Can anybody help?
