  1. Good day, instyne49. I'm aware of that particular mod, but I'm looking to make the requirements sensible, not remove them altogether. I apologize if that wasn't clear from the first post. In my opinion, modding all perk requirements out is overkill and on border with cheating. I also perfer to not abuse console commands (Getting Codsworth out of a wall he inexplicably found himself trapped within notwithstanding, as it's very obviously a glitch) beyond amusing myself by making it rain Liberty Primes in Diamond City and reloading afterwards. I'd much rather install a mod that changes the requirements in a relatively balanced fashion, causing a part that required one rank of "Science!" and one of "Armorer" require two ranks of the first and none of the last. I do genuinely care about immersion, and the game asking me to make my scientist character to build up strength of all the things in order to have her master the level of robotics post-nuclear Commonwealth has to offer sends it flying out of the window like Danse out of the vertibird for me. P.S. Thank you for replying anyway.
  2. Greetings, my fellow Fallout fans. Since I'm well aware that time is considered quite the precious commodity nowadays, I'll get straight to the point. The requirements for the "Armorer" and "Blacksmith" perks for proper Automatron crafting are almost objectively bothersome, and, to me personally, seem flat out ridiculous, mostly because they happen to exist in the Strength perk "tree," just about the last SPECIAL stat I, as well as, I'm sure, quite a few others, think of when contemplating the qualities it would take to excel in the sphere of robotics. I'd seriously appreciate if a mod swapping those irritating handicaps for something less out of the left field (For instance, the "Science!" and "Robotics expert" perks.) was released. In case with parts that require a sensible perk as well as a nuisance one, an increase in the former and removal of the latter and/or replacement of it by another reasonable requirement would be my preference, but just scratching the bother off the list is enough in my personal opinion. Apologies if such a mod is already present, utilizing searching systems to their full potential isn't my strong suit. Thank you for your attention and have a nice rest of the day.
