  1. Um I didn't enter, I just uploaded a shot to the image section and I got an update thanking me for participating. Weird. Good luck to everyone else though.
  2. In response to post #60323101. #60323591, #60323716, #60325346, #60329741, #60332106, #60333001, #60340401 are all replies on the same post. @SirSalami - I'm not going to discuss everything here in the open forum but I'm also not going to leave it at "there was discussion and administration" as if your ignoring my PMs for weeks or months at a time didn't happen.
  3. In response to post #60323101. #60323591, #60323716, #60325346, #60329741, #60332106, #60333001 are all replies on the same post. @dikr - I don't even think I have 21 likes on a single tumblr post and I don't give a sh-t. If you think I was looking to become Internet "famous" through modding, you don't know me at all. I started sharing because I wanted to give back. I'm still doing that. So what exactly is your damage? Actually don't answer. I don't care.
  4. So the onus is on mod authors (or in my case, former mod author) who have generously allowed their work to be used in other mods, to search the site to find out which ones have opted into the DP system and then report the mods making money from our work. I wish I never gave open permission for my work with the caveats of credit given and no money made because the one time I had to report another modder for using my assets without credit, I was ignored repeatedly by Nexus staff and specifically your community manager. The whole ordeal was a nightmare for me and I ended up taking my mods off the Nexus because of it. Obviously 300 000 downloads is chump change to you guys. And NOW I have to go looking for more modders making money off my art work and go through the whole stressful and ineffectual process again? Will we even be able to see if a mod author has opted the mod into the DP system or will it be up to us to contact every author? Because that worked out so well for me last time... Jesus.
  5. I would guess pretty good. I suspect textures and customization that is possible in DA:I now will be possible in Andromeda. But interestingly, Ottemis is very impressed with the graphics right now. She sees almost no flaws in them and I agree with her. Still, it's fun to have options and Ottemis may very well mod it later. And there are tons of talented people out there. I don't know you, but you may be one of those people who makes some mods. Hah. As you say! Right now I only see a couple of things I'd like to mod personally. facial textures (preset option, no slider)eyebrows (Only one variant, no slider)facial hair (stubble and beard hairline transition and overal quality / density)eyeball & iris / pupil (more shading, smaller pupil, deeper iris)tattoos (more options)scars (more options)one particular casual outfit pattern (the one Gil wears)Eventually also hair mods but I suspect functional meshmods will take a while. I'm waiting to see what they do with a possible CC patch, might resolve some of the things I'd like to otherwise fix.I'm not only hoping for a fan-built tool but also a savegame editor. That would likely enable us to change our facial texture/hair mesh after creation. There are several ingame that are either not selectable or not at all in the CC. There are several coders looking into the viability and method of Andromeda modding atm. Hey Otte, Is there any place where the coders are getting together to talk about the development of the tool? I'm chomping at the bit to change the face textures and eyebrows in CC and I'd like to help with testing if needed or help in any way I can. J
  6. I don't know him at all. I commented on his most recent youtube video like a stalker. https://www.youtube.com/user/ME3WarrantyVoider I do know Dawn a little who runs DAI Modmaker which is a separate tool that she took over from Ehamloptiram (sp?) and that is the one most people use for modding DAI. You can contact her on her tumblr: http://dawnatwork.tumblr.com/
  7. He's not. I asked him and he said "Nope." The DAITools should work with MEA with a bit of tweaking but no-one seems to be taking up the mantle.
  8. OK here's the file I didn't change anything with the files. Males and females share the same UV maps for the face so everything will be where it's supposed to be but I can't promise it will look good. Let me know how you get on, J
  9. I'm just finishing off putting the mod together but you'll need to test it to make sure it's what you want. You'll probably want to use "Spider Vein Removal - Standalone" from my Ciaran face texture mod as elves have the spider vein overlay with that complexion. I would have bundled it in but I'm super lazy and couldn't find the file and couldn't be bothered to download and extract it. I'll get back to you in a bit :)
